I had a recent experience with ServiceMyCar.ae and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I took my car in for a routine service check and some minor repairs. However, they ended up keeping my car for a whopping 4 days! I was not happy about this at all, as I rely on my car for daily transportation.
To make matters worse, the charges they applied were extremely overpriced. I was shocked at the amount they were asking for, and I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I tried to get in touch with the person in charge of my case, but it was nearly impossible. The hotline was always busy, and when I did manage to get through, they would tell me that the person in charge would call me back later. This was very frustrating and time-consuming.
To top it all off, when I finally got my car back, I noticed that there were some scratches on it. When I brought this to their attention, they had the audacity to tell me that the scratches were already there before. I was not happy about this at all, and I felt like they were trying to avoid taking responsibility for their mistake.

I had to wait another 16 hours to receive the price estimates, and they promised to deliver the car after another 8 hours. It was a total of 30 hours, which is too long for a car service. I could have gotten my car back in one-third of the time from the dealer service.
The initial promotion price of AED 249 is misleading. They add labor and parts subsequently, which can be expensive. For example, just to check a flickering tail light, they charged me AED 170 for troubleshooting, and then I had to pay for the replacement bulb. The labor charges for front and rear diff oil change were AED 340, which is quite high.
Overall, I would not recommend ServiceMyCar.ae to anyone. The service was slow, and the charges were high. It's better to go to a dealer service or find another car service provider.

It was very frustrating and annoying to hear this sound every time I drove my car. I tried to contact the company to fix the issue, but it took them 4 days to return my vehicle. I had to constantly call them and they kept promising me that they would deliver my car, but it never showed up. It was a very infuriating experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After paying an additional 1625 AED for new parts and labour, I was told that the issues had been resolved. However, after driving the car for two weeks, I noticed that the same problems persisted. It was clear that the previous repair work done by ServiceMyCar.ae had not resolved anything.
I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by ServiceMyCar.ae. It seemed like they were just guessing and using the "trial and error" method to fix the car. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and lacked basic business ethics.
To make matters worse, they are now asking for a payment of 4685 AED for work that they are not even sure will fix the stalling issues for good. This is unacceptable and a waste of time and money.
As a customer, I demand a full refund for the service contract and for the work done so far. I hope that ServiceMyCar.ae will take responsibility for their actions and provide better service to their customers in the future.

I recently took my car to ServiceMyCar.ae for a major service, break pad change, and some spare parts. Normally, when I take my car to an authorized service center, it only takes one day to complete the service. However, at ServiceMyCar.ae, it has been three days already and I am still waiting for my car to be returned to me. I have tried to escalate the issue, but it seems like it is not helping at all. All I have received are empty promises about the delivery of my car, and I have had to call them over 50 times in the past three days just to get an update.
It took them one day just to send me a quotation, another day to procure the spare parts, and now it has been over one day since they started fixing the parts, and I am still waiting. These people just do not seem to understand how auto service works. If you are planning to go there, be prepared to leave your car for three days or more for routine service. I shudder to think what would happen if there was a major issue with my car. They probably assume that it is just okay for the customer to be without a car for a few days, or at least that is the impression I get from their casual attitude.
Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at ServiceMyCar.ae. They have a very poor understanding of how to treat their customers, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
