Took car cuz check engine light on. Manager Joseph said lots wrong, cost $5800. He had car 7 days, always 1 more day. Don't know if he did work. *** paid $1600, helpful. Joseph lied, said they'd cover bill. Won't go back, 0 stars.

I took my 2006 Chevy Impala to Purrfect Auto Service on June 3 to fix the A/C Heater Blend Door and charge the air condition system for cooler air. When I got home, I checked the invoice and saw that they did some services that I didn't approve. The next day, June 4, I went back to talk to the manager, Lorenzo, about the unauthorized services like Oil & Filter changes and tire rotation. They charged me $20.00 for 1 quart of oil and $4.99 for the oil filter. I argued about the oil change because they only did it through motor-oil extraction through evac process. They also didn't rotate the tires because they didn't have the lock to unlock them. I checked ComplaintsBoard.com and saw that they had an "F" ComplaintsBoard.com rating and accreditation with 23 or more complaints closed in the last 3 years and 9 complaints closed in the last 12 months. They also have a 1 out of 5-star rating. I want to warn others about their scam.

My car was towed to Purrfect Auto Service #112 on 12/5 'cause it wouldn't start after being jumped. Eric did a diagnostic test and said there was no compression in the engine, but he didn't know why. He said I needed a new engine for $3,330, but I wanted a 2nd opinion from Chevy dealer. Eric agreed to keep my car in the shop over the weekend 'cause it was inoperable. On Monday, I called a tow truck to bring my car back home. But when I got it back, there was no battery power, the left window was open, the spark plugs weren't screwed back in, and a wooden cigar box with $50 was missing. A Chevy dealer mechanic found out it was a broken timing belt guide, which cost way less than Eric's estimate.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 I left my car at Purrfect Auto Service to fix some scratches on the paint

I left my car at Purrfect Auto Service to fix some scratches on the paint. The manager, Eric, said it would only take a few hours. But they didn't call me back and when I tried to reach them, they didn't answer. Finally, they told me that someone backed into my car and it would take 2-3 days to fix. But it ended up taking two months! Eric lied to me several times, saying the work was done when it wasn't. They were unresponsive to my calls and made empty promises. When I went to their shop, Eric wouldn't talk to me and my car wasn't there. I found out they sent it to another shop and left it there for over a month and a half. I had to use a GPS tracker to find my car. The other shop was frustrated with Eric too. If he had been honest, I could have gotten my car back two months earlier. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Very disappointed.

Had a bad time at Purrfect Auto Service #112. Brought my car in for a fix, but they sent me to another shop 'cause my AC stopped workin'. AC was fine before, now it ain't. They won't talk to me 'bout it at all. I just want my car fixed.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 They fix my breaks in 12/20

They fix my breaks in 12/20. I been back 7 times. The last time they mess up my car and won't fix it. They start in 12/20 and replace front and rear breaks over $1000. They still not fixed. The last time the car was in 3/1 they keep the car till 3/8. When I pick up the car it was completely messed up and they not give me their insurance company yet. The car got over $6000 worth of damage and the breaks still not fixed.

I gave Purrfect Auto Service #112 more than $2,000 three weeks ago. The boss man said my car would be ready every day for two weeks, but it wasn't. I went to the shop and saw they didn't do anything to it. I asked for my money back, but the boss man said he needed to ask the owner. He wouldn't give me the owner's name or number. I just want to talk to the owner about this. They have my car and my money, but they won't talk to me. When I call, they put me on hold without saying hi. They know my number and don't want to talk to me.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 My wife took her car to Purrfect Auto Service #112 on July 8 for a smog check

My wife took her car to Purrfect Auto Service #112 on July 8 for a smog check. The mechanic said she needed a new water pump because it was leaking. She didn't know any better, so she said yes. The repair cost $200, which she had to finance through their finance company *** Financial. She waited at the shop for 2-3 hours until the part arrived from the dealership. When it arrived, the mechanic said it was the wrong part. She waited another 4 hours for the right part to arrive. During the installation, the mechanic said something broke and it would cost an additional $2000 to fix. They said the mounting bracket was broken, but it seemed like they broke it themselves. They pushed the car into a parking lot where my wife couldn't see it.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 I went to Purrfect Auto S Eastern shop on 1/28 to change my *** dead battery

I went to Purrfect Auto S Eastern shop on 1/28 to change my *** dead battery. They said the alternator was also bad and needed to be replaced. So, I had to replace both battery and alternator (re-manufactured) and they charged me $971.04. My friend told me that they didn't replace the alternator (based on his experience with Purrfect Auto). So, I took my car to *** on 8/3 and asked them to inspect the alternator. The inspection report said that the original alternator was not replaced and "bolts on alternator do not have tool marks from being loosened". I called Purrfect Auto S Eastern shop and took my car for examination. The new shop manager, Jonathan M, agreed that the alternator is still the original *** one (with *** sticker still intact) and no tool marks visible. But, he said he has no authority to do anything. I sent two email complaints to Purrfect but didn't receive any response. Please help me get a resolution from Purrfect.

I went to Purrfect Auto Service #112 in Henderson NV to get my car fixed. They told me I needed a new engine because there was a lot of sludge in it. I paid them to replace it, but it took them nine weeks to finish the job. When I finally got my car back, I took it to the dealership and they said the engine had never been replaced. They also said the car was undriveable and needed a new engine. I've been without a car for ten weeks and I'm still making payments on it. I asked Eric, the manager, to pay for my repairs or give me my money back, but he never responded. I also contacted the corporate office, but they never called me back. Don't go to Purrfect Auto Service #112, they're a scam.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 November , I got my car fixed at this Purrfect Auto Service #112 in Henderson Las Vegas

November , I got my car fixed at this Purrfect Auto Service #112 in Henderson Las Vegas. They replaced my power steering pump, rack & pinion, and radiator for $1792.43. They told me that the parts were under warranty and if I had any issues, I could take it to any Purrfect Auto in Las Vegas or Los Angeles to be repaired. I was happy to hear that because I'm a senior citizen VETERAN and I visit my daughter in Los Angeles often.

But now, in September , the same parts are not working again. I called this establishment for help, but they told me that I was lied to and I cannot receive help at any location. I'm stuck in Los Angeles because of this issue, and they want me to spend another $2000 to fix my car. I feel scammed and used by this place. They have multiple locations, and I want my car fixed under my warranty without paying much or anything at all.

This is not fair, and I think a business like this should not be running if they can get away with doing things like this to hardworking people who trust them to do the right thing. I'm a veteran for my country, and this is not right at all.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 Car been in shop for 4 months, paid in full, no work done

Car been in shop for 4 months, paid in full, no work done. Was promised 1 week fix. Car towed to shop 4/20. Shop said they'd replace motor with remanufactured motor with 2-yr, 24000 mile warranty. Also put in coil-over shocks, drive shaft bushings and motor mounts for $4700. Customer provided pulleys, air intake, train horn, clutch, and fluid reservoir. Shop took out motor and damaged new radiator. Manager said they'd replace it for free. On July 17, shop said car would be done in 7 business days, July 28. If not, customer gets $100 per day in cash. Invoice #*** is attached. Customer paid for parts via autowithdrawl from checking in $242 every 14 days since April. As of August 23, car still not fixed. GM didn't show up to meeting and didn't return calls. GM and Manager lied and didn't do what they said. Customer without car for 4 months and doesn't think it'll ever be fixed. Pictures show used engine, not remanufactured like in contract.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 I went to Purrfect Auto on XX-XX-XXXX 'cause my car had an oil leak

I went to Purrfect Auto on XX-XX-XXXX 'cause my car had an oil leak. Teddy, the guy at the shop, said I needed a new gasket and transmission service and it would cost $229. I said okay. They checked the rest of the car and said it was good and even offered to buy it 'cause it was well-maintained and had low mileage. After they fixed it, I took it home. The next day, the leak was worse. I took it back to the shop on Oct. 22, 2021, around 10 am. Charles took over and said the transmission service had to be redone with a new pan and some other part and it would cost over $800. He also said the car needed more work on some bushes, thermostat, and other stuff. I think they were trying to sell me more stuff and didn't guarantee their work. When I asked if my payment of $236.54 was going to waste, they said yes. I think they're doing shady business and cheating customers. The car drives fine except for the oil leak. I said no to the new work and asked for a refund on what I paid the previous day 'cause they didn't fix the leak. I also think they broke other parts on purpose so they could charge me more later. They're taking advantage of seniors like me who don't know much about cars. They quote low prices to get people in and then sell them more stuff they don't need. Please ask them to give me my money back and take action against their illegal business practices. I talked to Teddy the first day and Charles the second day (he didn't want to give me his name at first but eventually did).

Took my truck to Purrfect Auto Service #112 for an oil change 'cause I got a coupon for $9.99 oil change. They put the truck on the lift and told me everything under the truck is broken, but that wasn't true, confirmed by a local dealership. I paid them $1000, but when I got the vehicle back, the check engine light was on. I asked the manager, who did the work, and he said there was a lot more work that needs to be done, which didn't make sense. They said they did work, but the check engine light was on, which wasn't the case before. The manager told me if I don't pay for the work, the truck is going to blow up and laughed about it when I refused. I paid for the brakes, which is documented on their invoice, but had to bring the truck back the next day since they couldn't do it the same day. I dropped the truck off at 9 am, but they didn't call me all day. When I called, the office lady said the truck was done, but when I got there, it hadn't moved in 7 and a half hours. None of the service lights were off, and the brake pads I provided were still in the back of the vehicle in the boxes still in the plastic wrap they come in from AutoZone. No work was done on my truck, but it cost me a grand. I contacted management for a refund, but they blocked my phone number, and when I called from another number, they hung up. The dealership confirmed they didn't do any work on my truck.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 My car was at Purrfect Auto Service #112 for over 3 months and they didn't fix it

My car was at Purrfect Auto Service #112 for over 3 months and they didn't fix it. They charged me over $2900 and added over 750 miles to my car. I took my 2002 *** there for a brake module issue and Eric, the manager, diagnosed it. I trusted him because I had a minor service and smog done before. But Eric kept telling me my car was being serviced when it wasn't. I went to the shop many times and they told me my car was at the *** dealership without my permission. After weeks of asking, they told me they installed a new brake module but it didn't work and they needed to order another one. Then they sent me a picture of my tires with a lot of wear and tear and told me I had to pay over $2900 for new tires and to fix all the issues. I threatened legal action and the police and my car was back at the shop on 2/24 but not drivable. I got my car back on 2/26 and it had more issues than before. The engine plate was missing, the engine was drained of oil, the air bag and seat belt lights were on, the steering wheel shook at 40mph, and there were scratches on both driver and passenger ***. Eric told me he wanted to buy my car but he never paid me and he took my car to his home without my permission. He promised to detail my car but he never did. In my opinion, this was a scam and my car looks terrible now.

Purrfect Auto Service #112 Monday. We never received a call back

Monday. We never received a call back. On October 22, we went into the shop and the manager stated that he still did not know what was wrong with the vehicle. We asked for a refund and he stated that he could not give us a refund because he had already paid his mechanic. We left the shop with our car still not fixed. This experience has been a nightmare and we do not recommend Purrfect Auto Service #112 to anyone.
