Sendle has started charging customers for shipping labels they’ve never used. If you create a label and don't use it within 28 days, it expires, and you won't get a refund. In other words, they're charging for a service they didn't provide. Sendle claims this new policy is in place "to ensure system accuracy and rate validity with our carrier partners." Ummm, ok, but providing a refund once the label expires would accomplish the same goal.
Sendle is clearly exploiting its customers for its own benefit, and everyone should be aware of this.
My team and I will be sharing this information widely, and we encourage you to do the same. Feel free to copy this message and spread the word!
Recommendation: Do not use @sendle for shipping!
