My package was on the delivery vehicle at 1:20 pm edt. When not received at 8 pm, contacted the customer support via chat (no other way) and could not get a straight answer out of the Philippine based support. I was told the driver probably ran out of time and would probably deliver the next day. Package allegedly delivered at 9:30 but proof of delivery was a blurry black picture. Had to open an investigation which I was told would take 7 days.
