Purchased one of their Diletta espresso machines and it started having a leaking issue after about a year and a half. Since it was still within the 2-year warranty window I reached out to their warranty department and was literally dodged and ghosted by them. Couldn't ever get a response from them or in touch with someone over there. Now it is outside the warranty so I just said, screw it, I'll find someone who can work on an E61 machine and pay to have it serviced. That's turned out to be a task in itself. A couple people told me to contact the manufacturer and that they should have a list of authorized people that can service the machine near me. So, I reluctantly reached out to Seattle Coffee Gear, this time through their online chat. It connects me to a "Person" and all they do is use a chat bot to send automated AI responses. Basically, the bot says there is no authorized people, I basically have to send it to them to have it serviced but I'm welcome to reach out their customer support line.
Had I known the experience was going to be this atrocious I never would have bought their machine. At some point I'll probably just try to get rid of it and buy something else. Don't waste your time with this god awful company.
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs!
