We have been through 4 Kenmore Elite Refrigerators in the 8 years since we built our house. It always stops cooling. This has happened with every one of their fridges. We've lost food, time from work to deal with the problem and it has been an emotional drain. We paid for the extended warranty with each new purchase and this time the receipt has faded enough to where you can't see the warranty part. We called and they claimed we didn't purchase it. We always have. This fridge is 2 years old. And already needed repairs once before for the same thing.
