SCS review: Very poor quality leather furniture & customer service ( 1 comment)

I purchased a leather 3 piece suite that was delivered 24th June. Within 5 days leather had stretched & gone saggy. One end of sofa is lower than the other as my husband is heavier than me. Shows every mark, elbows on arms, bottoms on seats. I have a 30 year old leather suite that doesn't mark like this. Must be very cheap leather and very little padding. A technician has been and offered new padding in the lower backs but can do nothing with seats & arms. He is saying invalid claim. Terrible customer service. I am not accepting this. Come and collect this rubbish from my house.
