SCS Furnitureinferior cushions on sofa

Bought corner suite from them and the cushions just sank within 24 hours of having the sofa. They are not the same quality as the show suite. I told them this and even offered to swap over the cushions as they were convinced they were the same, but surprise surprise, I couldn't do that. The joke of an upholsterer they sent out was no use so I got one of my own and he confirmed that my cushions were acting as if they were a year old and not, by that time 4 weeks. I have done the 3 letters, 14 day thing and have now contacted bbc watchdog and i'm now giving that a week before I take legal action

I'm the same I got a corner suite off birkenshaw and when it was delivered it looked months old got an upholster sent out he said that these suites usually do this after a few months wear and tear the suite was only 3 weeks old now nearly a year on another visit from the upholster the leather has grey blemishes on it which are clearly visible on a black suite again no joy with the company saying that it's not a manufactory problem i said to the upholster that it looked like different leathers had been used he said you can see its different so I've now did a letter of complaint and contacted trading standards and the childrens charity who helped fund the suite as I'm a full time carer for my 6 year old disabled daughter working part time trying to make ends meet and we get companies like this if it was argos and the product is still under warranty then it would be resolved straight away
