Hey Scotts. Your company is so big and successful. So my main question for you is why do you feel the need to nickel and dime your subscribing customers? I initially signed up at a decent yearly rate. Then every year the price went up due to you changing the amount of product in each bag you sell. You did the math and realized a 5,000 sq ft bag is way too convenient for your customer and then you send unnecessary extra bags costing way more than the customer needs. I know essentially you don't care I'm just the little guy and it's all about the company making $ but that's just poor taste. Make all different size bags and I guarantee your customers will buy it for what they need. Oh well. You've lost another customer. Thanks for the good times we had.
Recommendation: Product makes yout lawn look nice but yearly subscription is too costly. Get a landscaper.
