We want to share our experience with Yardinflatables. We bought four inflatables from them. Unfortunately, we ran into some problems. One of them kept deflating, and we couldn't figure out how to fix it. Another one was missing some lights that should have been included. We also noticed that the tie-down on one inflatable had ripped off due to the wind. Lastly, one of the inflatables needed an extra tie-down, but fortunately, it was still usable.

Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of our purchase from Yardinflatables. The products did not meet our expectations, and the issues we encountered made it apparent that there are some quality control problems in their production process.

Unfortunately, when we tried to contact Yardinflatables about the problems we faced, we did not receive much help in resolving the issues. It was frustrating that they did not work with us to find a solution. We cannot recommend this company to anyone who expects quality products and good customer service.

In conclusion, while Yardinflatables seems to have many products to offer, we regret that we cannot recommend them to others due to the problems we encountered and their lack of assistance with the situation. We hope they can improve their quality control and customer service in the future.

So I read some bad things about Yardinflatables but I still wanted to score a sweet inflatable for my little man. I found the one I was looking for and it was cheaper than other places, so I decided to roll the dice - hoping everything would work out just fine.

I gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised! Placing the order wasn't a hassle at all. I got emails from them that kept me in the loop about my shipment, and I didn't have to pay nothin' for it to be sent over. What's even better is that it got to me super quick.

I'm glad I took a chance with these guys, and I'm sure happy with the outcome. I'm even thinkin' about gettin' somethin' else from 'em in the future. You can bet your bottom dollar that I recommend 'em wholeheartedly based on me experience!

I tried ordering a replacement blower from Yardinflatables, and let me tell you - it was a total nightmare. I ended up spending $40 on the blower, which was supposed to be for my 3-foot inflatable. The website even said it was good for inflatables between 3 and 4 feet, so I thought I was in the clear. But when I tried to use it, the motor was so weak that it barely blew the inflatable up halfway! I was so disappointed, and I sent an email to the company to see if I could exchange it for something that actually worked.

Well, let me tell you, their customer service is non-existent. They sent me an email back basically saying "tough luck, no exchanges or refunds." I couldn't believe it! I felt like I had been totally ripped off by this company.

So, my advice to anyone reading this: do not order from Yardinflatables. Their products are junk, and their customer service is even worse. Save yourself the headache and find a different company to buy from.

I such a bimbo, I ordered a ton of stuff from Yardinflatables.com. But when I got my first order, two things were missing! The folks at Yardinflatables blamed it on the shipping company, but I think they screwed up. So, I gave them another chance and ordered more stuff. Big mistake! Two things were broken when they got to me this time. Same deal - Yardinflatables claimed the shipping company was responsible, but the boxes looked okay to me. Plus, the Yardinflatables people were total jerks when I tried to complain and asked for a refund or replacement. They were so rude and treated me like an idiot! I'm never using this company again!

I wanted to deck out my front yard in style for Mardi Gras, so I went to Yardinflatables to check out their selection. I found the perfect item, a jester inflatable known as Y823L. It was so cute and I just knew it would be a great addition to my Mardi Gras decorations. However, when I got it all set up and turned on the fan to blow it up, I found that it just wasn't strong enough to keep it fully inflated. It kept drooping and wouldn't stand up right like it was supposed to.

I decided to tie it up to some trees in the yard to keep it from flopping over. This seemed to do the trick and it held up pretty well for the rest of the season. Still, it was frustrating to have to go through all of that extra effort just to keep the inflatable standing up.

I've purchased inflatables from other companies before and never had this issue. The fan in this jester item was much weaker than any of the others I've used in the past. It was a real disappointment to have to struggle with it like that, but at least in the end I was able to make it work. If you're considering buying from Yardinflatables, just be aware that some of their items may require a bit of extra effort to keep them fully inflated.

So, I bought an inflatable from Yardinflatables (yardinflatables.com) and it was working fine for 3 days and then it just stopped. I tried everything I could but it wouldn’t work. When I contacted yardinflatables.com, they flat-out told me that they wouldn’t replace my inflatable. They wouldn’t warranty it. They wouldn’t give me a refund. It was like they didn’t care at all about my purchase, which cost me about $100.

The folks at yardinflatables.com just kept pointing to their policy and didn't care about my problem at all. This behavior is unacceptable from a company and is definitely not customer-focused. I found it very frustrating that the yardinflatables.com’s customer service is so uncaring.

I strongly advise against buying from yardinflatables.com. They don’t seem to care about their customer’s satisfaction or feedback. There are plenty of other companies you can buy inflatables from online, so don’t waste your time and money with yardinflatables.com.

My fam and I throw a fat Halloween bash every year, and as always, we wait till the last minute to get our decorations up. This year, we found out that one of our dope inflatables was busted only a few days before the party. We were freaking out, but then I found www.yardinflatables.com. I hollered at them about shipping and they came back in a hurry saying they could get it to us the day before the party if we ordered within the next 30 minutes. Hell yeah, I whipped out my wallet and placed the order. Them good folks delivered on time and I had that ish installed in less than half an hour. Straight up, I am stoked as hell with them. Seriously folks, if you're thinking of purchasing an inflatable, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Yardinflatables.com. My personal experience with this company was nothing but a nightmare. I can tell you without a doubt that the inflatables they offer are of the lowest quality.

I purchased a large inflatable from them thinking it would last me and my family many years. However, after just a few weeks, the material ripped wide open. I was beyond disappointed and reached out to the company for a replacement or a refund. But guess what? They flat-out refused, citing ridiculous reasons like 'having it staked down too tight' or 'a massive wind storm'. Seriously?!

Let me tell you, I am not the only one who has had such a terrible experience with this company. It seems that Yardinflatables.com has a reputation for producing cheaply made inflatables that are prone to tear and damage very easily. I have talked to my neighbors who also have giant inflatables and NONE of theirs have had any issues at all. You know why? Because they chose other companies that produce higher-quality inflatables.

So, to all of you out there who are considering buying an inflatable, I strongly urge you to think twice before purchasing from Yardinflatables.com. Believe me, there are plenty of other reliable options out there that offer better quality inflatables. Don't waste your hard-earned money on a cheap and unreliable product.

I recently got myself the 20' colossal Santa Claus from Yardinflatables.com a year ago. I used it for 25 jolly days in December and promptly kept it back in its box. However, this year, when I brought it out to be inflated, the seams tore open right in the middle of the front, leaving a gaping hole of about a foot in length. Sighing in despair, I felt frustrated and didn't want to give up on my beloved Santa. Hence, I decided to reach out the Yardinflatables' customer service team for help.

The response I received was quite unexpected. They suggested that I try to sew it back shut with a needle and thread if the hole was located on a seam. I couldn't believe my ears; I had paid a whopping $200 for an inflatable that couldn't last more than 30 uses. What was worse was that the customer service representative showed no empathy whatsoever towards my plight. It felt as if they just wanted to dismiss my claim and forget about my issue.

So dear fellow Christmas enthusiasts, I implore you not to make the same mistake that I did. When it comes to purchasing inflatable decorations, steer clear from Yardinflatables.com. Spend your money on other companies that offer better quality products and a customer service team that cares.

My experience with Yardinflatables left a sour taste in my mouth. A family member had gifted me an Ohio State Brutus Buckeye inflatable from Topperscot.com, but when I opened the box, I found that the inflatable was not Brutus. I was disappointed and immediately called Topperscot.com. They informed me that Yardinflatables had purchased the rights to this product line.

In January, I contacted Yardinflatables to inquire about when I could expect to receive the correct inflatable. They told me that they would not have any shipments until November of that year, but they assured me that it would not be a problem to send me one. I waited patiently until November before calling them again. Much to my disappointment, they informed me that they were out of stock.

When I asked for a refund, they requested the original order number. Unfortunately, it was a gift from almost a year ago and my relative couldn't find the receipt. I suggested that Yardinflatables either purchase one and send it to me or send me a check for the current value so that I could purchase one myself. Their response was less than satisfactory. They told me that they were sorry but they couldn't send out money without an order number.

I believe that Yardinflatables needs to do the right thing and make this situation right. They should take responsibility for their mistake and purchase the correct inflatable for me or send me a check so that I can purchase one myself. I was disappointed with their lack of customer service and their unwillingness to work with me to resolve the issue. Overall, I do not recommend Yardinflatables based on my experience.

I honestly gotta say, nobody's gonna wanna go near Yardinflatables (yardinflatables.com) cause these guys just don't seem to wanna sell you anything! I tried callin' em up, but they don't wanna pick up the phone so they're basically tellin' me to go use the internet instead. What kinda customer service is that?! And if ya live at a PO BOX, forgetaboutit cause they don't wanna send it there. Only way they'll send it is if the billin' address matches up with the shippin' address, no matter what! These guys are just downright dolts! And that's bein' nice about it, but to be honest, it's just plain awful!

Ordered two things from this website and it turned out one of them had a tear. I looked high and low but couldn't find the darn sound box. I attempted to send it back to the company in hopes of receiving a new one that didn't have any rips. They flat out denied me this request though, stating that since I had lost the sound box it was not their fault for selling me an item with a tear in it. I would not recommend giving these folks any of your money if this is how they treat their customers.

First off, I gotta say that Yardinflatables.com was way too expensive for my liking. Like seriously, why charge an arm and a leg when you can get the same thing for much cheaper at retail stores? I swear they just put a fancy label on it and call it a "limited edition" or "limited quantity" just to sucker you into buying it. Ain't nobody got time for that, am I right?

I mean, I'm all for supporting small businesses, but not when they're ripping me off. I even went to Lowes and found the same stuff for way less! I was so disappointed and honestly felt like I got played. I won't be returning to Yardinflatables.com ever again, that's for sure.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from these guys unless you're willing to fork over some serious cash. Stick to your local stores and save yourself some money.

YardInflatables ain't all that it cracks up to be. The inflatables are super thin and can tear easily. When I opened up the box, there was already a rip at the bottom. I tried to return it to them and they straight up refused. Can you believe that? They told me to go grab a needle and thread and sew it up myself. Like it's my problem now. I ain't no seamstress, ya know what I'm saying?

I really don't recommend this place. They seem nice at first but when it comes to customer service, they don't give a hoot. They're rude as heck and don't care about making things right. The quality of their products is just terrible. It's like they don't even try to make it sturdy or anything. You're better off going to a yard sale and getting something second-hand.

Trust me, don't waste your time with YardInflatables. It's just not worth it.
