Yardinflatables

I honestly gotta say, nobody's gonna wanna go near Yardinflatables (yardinflatables.com) cause these guys just don't seem to wanna sell you anything! I tried callin' em up, but they don't wanna pick up the phone so they're basically tellin' me to go use the internet instead. What kinda customer service is that?! And if ya live at a PO BOX, forgetaboutit cause they don't wanna send it there. Only way they'll send it is if the billin' address matches up with the shippin' address, no matter what! These guys are just downright dolts! And that's bein' nice about it, but to be honest, it's just plain awful!

Ordered two things from this website and it turned out one of them had a tear. I looked high and low but couldn't find the darn sound box. I attempted to send it back to the company in hopes of receiving a new one that didn't have any rips. They flat out denied me this request though, stating that since I had lost the sound box it was not their fault for selling me an item with a tear in it. I would not recommend giving these folks any of your money if this is how they treat their customers.

First off, I gotta say that Yardinflatables.com was way too expensive for my liking. Like seriously, why charge an arm and a leg when you can get the same thing for much cheaper at retail stores? I swear they just put a fancy label on it and call it a "limited edition" or "limited quantity" just to sucker you into buying it. Ain't nobody got time for that, am I right?

I mean, I'm all for supporting small businesses, but not when they're ripping me off. I even went to Lowes and found the same stuff for way less! I was so disappointed and honestly felt like I got played. I won't be returning to Yardinflatables.com ever again, that's for sure.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from these guys unless you're willing to fork over some serious cash. Stick to your local stores and save yourself some money.

YardInflatables ain't all that it cracks up to be. The inflatables are super thin and can tear easily. When I opened up the box, there was already a rip at the bottom. I tried to return it to them and they straight up refused. Can you believe that? They told me to go grab a needle and thread and sew it up myself. Like it's my problem now. I ain't no seamstress, ya know what I'm saying?

I really don't recommend this place. They seem nice at first but when it comes to customer service, they don't give a hoot. They're rude as heck and don't care about making things right. The quality of their products is just terrible. It's like they don't even try to make it sturdy or anything. You're better off going to a yard sale and getting something second-hand.

Trust me, don't waste your time with YardInflatables. It's just not worth it.
