Pathetic, childish people, whom are corrupt and blame customers for it. I've been ordering since 2009 from these people and had the best quality bulbs and products delivered and praised them for years in reviews. However, around 2019 new ownership took over and has destroyed the quality and is now intentionally cheating people. When you call them on it, they will deny problems and blame you, then won't communicate. After much effort and BBB involvement, I was finally refunded for a bad order in 2022. I tried to place another order this year (2023) on items I knew were not susceptible to damage from their poor storage and handling processes. It seems they canceled my order this time for reason of "Fraud", kept my $116.60, and won't respond to emails, texts, or phone calls, or refund the order. The problem is they pack things in fall in paper bags and don't look at them again before they are shipped in Spring. They simply place labeled brown and plastic bags in a box to fulfill an order without looking at quality. The result is a rotted, smelly mess that shouldn't have ever been put in the box. I've left messages for 3 days now, they say they will respond in 8 minutes, and still no response. They are hiding from customers and restitution. If they took responsibility and didn't intentional ignore people, it wouldn't be a problem. But they will condemn customers and make them the scapegoat for their bad behavior, never taking responsibility for the 1000s of bad reviews and complaints. It is they who are the fraudsters. You can see from the numerous other reviews on this site and others that I'm not the only one having difficulties with these Charlatans, by far! They are no friend of the gardening community, but prey off of unsuspecting gardeners with their corrupt behavior to scam people with sub quality product. Don't be enticed by the pretty pictures. I'm sorry to say, it's not what you will get.

I made my mind up to buy some flowers and decided to check out Easy to grow Bulbs website. The first thing that I noticed was that their website was very user-friendly and it was easy to navigate, that's why I placed my first order with them on April 10, 2020. But, let me tell you, things did not go as smoothly as I expected.

After a few weeks, I realized that I needed to cancel the order and get a refund. So, on April 30th, I contacted Easy to grow Bulbs, but unfortunately, I didn't get a response from them. I was getting worried so I reached out to them again. Fortunately, the next day "Jess" contacted me via email. Although he informed me that they had shipped my order and gave me the tracking number, I was still not very convinced.

Since then, it has been six long days and my package has still to reach the UPS facility. It's showing "in transit" on tracking which is making me anxious. I regretted placing an order with this company and now I don't trust them at all.

Lucky for me I used Amazon pay to pay for my order and I should be able to get a refund via Amazon. I am not impressed with the service of Easy to grow Bulbs and their slow delivery system. Just hope that I can get the refund quickly.

I gotta say, my experience with Easy to Grow Bulbs (easytogrowbulbs.com) wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. I mean, I ordered two iris bulbs and only one of them survived. And let me tell you, getting any sort of response from these folks was like pulling teeth.

I probably sent them like six emails about this issue. And you know what? They didn't get back to me for the first few. I was getting pretty darn frustrated, I tell ya. Eventually they did respond, but only after I really laid into them about their supposed refund policy for defective products.

Then, get this, every time I sent them a picture of the dead bulbs they asked me to send another one. Like, come on! How many times do I gotta send the same dang photo? It was getting ridiculous.

And if that weren't enough, it was near impossible to get in touch with them any other way. I couldn't find a phone number on their website, and when I did finally send an email saying my service couldn't connect with theirs, they still didn't seem to really care about helping me out.

Overall, I'd say my impression of Easy to Grow Bulbs is pretty negative. They just don't seem to care about their customers at all. And to be honest, I'm not sure I'd trust their products again after all that.

So, I decided to give easytogrowbulbs.com a try and placed an order over a month ago. However, I have to say, it wasn't the smoothest experience I've had with an online store. Firstly, it took a long time for them to ship my order. When the package finally arrived, I noticed that the shipping slip inside the box was addressed to someone else living in California! I live in Florida, so this was certainly not my order. I tried to contact customer service by phone, but nobody would ever pick up. I left a voicemail, but nobody called me back. So, I emailed them and finally got a response five days later.

Unfortunately, the response wasn't all that helpful. I went on "Live Chat" to get more information, but all I got were empty promises and apologies. It seemed like they were just trying to buy time, as every time I asked for an update, they would tell me that my order had already been delivered. This back and forth went on for a while, with no apparent progress in sight. I was getting frustrated and fed up with their poor customer service, and I finally decided to ask for a refund.

That's when things took a turn for the worse. The staff just stopped communicating with me altogether. No reply to my emails, no answer to my calls, nothing. It was like they vanished into thin air. I was so upset that I had to dispute my CC charges to get my money back. It was a terrible experience, and I don't think I'll ever buy anything from easytogrowbulbs.com again.

So, if you're thinking of trying this site out, watch out! They might just scam your money and disappear.

So, let me tell you about my experience with Easy to Grow Bulbs. I've been using them for years now and I have to say that their bulbs are really nice. But, they have this habit of showing you a new item that they have and then they cancel that item and send you everything else that you might or might not want. It's a bit of a bait and switch, to be honest.

During the pandemic, they seem to have been pretty busy. They've been slow with their shipping and it seems like they're struggling to keep up. So, if you're living somewhere with hard freezes, you might want to avoid them. Even though their quality is pretty great, it's unlikely that you'll be able to get your bulbs into the ground in time. But, if you live somewhere like the West Coast, then you might be able to plant your daffodils and tulips by Thanksgiving, like I did. It was a little later than I would have liked, but it worked out okay.

The problem with their shipping is that they get their bulbs from other growers and that slows everything down. I think that they should drop the growers who cause the delays and just focus on getting the bulbs to their customers on time. Also, their customer service isn't exactly top-notch. It can be hard to get in touch with them if you need something. But, in the end, you'll get your bulbs. It just might take some time.

All in all, I think that Easy to Grow Bulbs has really nice products, but their customer service could be better. If you're looking for bulbs to grow, you might want to check them out.
