Hello Scotts,
I purchased the noted Digital Water Timer in 2024 at Rona St Thomas, ON. It worked great until this season when I took it out of heated garage storage for this season's use in my backyard vegetable garden. That is all it is used for. Its internal seals are compromised and the entire inside, including whatever circuitry are water soaked and no longer work.
I have attached pictures of the unit along with the original packaging and sku number from where I bought the unit.
I am respectfully requesting a replacement unit or similar one from Scotts. The warranty is lifetime and the unit has not been by misuse as it has been used the same way for 2 seasons without issues.
It would be great to have a mutually successful resolution to my request as I really do like the unit and how well it operates.

Claimed loss: Loss of use of my purchased Scott Digital Water Timer due to failure of device water seals, resulting in flooding internal electroniccircuitry, rendering unit inoperable.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a replacement digital water timer unit or a reasonable substitution as per lifetime warranty of the unit.
