Their products are great! My consultant is amazing! Having a lifetime warranty on warmers is great!

Scentsy Great Products Awesome Company

I have been buying Scentsy for about 5 years now, and I have never had any issues. I have recently became a Scentsy independent Consultant. I am TRUELY sorry for anyone who has dealt with a bad Consultant. I can assure you that the issues you have had will not happen with me. I'd like to ask you to give Scentsy another chance. If you have any issues I will correct them because my goal is to have you as repeat customers. Scentsy LOVE

I love Scentsy ive been using it since 3 years, first people saying the customer services is badd didnt have a good consultant! Im a consultant since juin and i already got a warmer replace (it was 3. Years old) i got quick response. And choose your consultant wisely i was fraud for 200$ by it works by a consultant, scentsy has never did something like that to me! I love the compagnie and everything. Oh and we dont have obligation to sell! 200vvp 1 months out of 12! If u wanna stay consultants that nothing! You get free product and 50% whit a party and manny people don't know how to use it! Or how to do theyre job as a consultant. I just want to say that Scentsy is my all time favorite and u should give it a go! Whit a good consultant.the first picture is wath i got for free beside the air purificator that i paied 50% its not even the half of wath i have in the picture the only bad thing i can say is that certains product are not cheap but they sell quality the wax are non dangereous for kids and animals and they use good thing in there product if you buy from a store some cheap wax and others thing you will see that it's not comparable

Scentsy Scentsy Review: Substandard Quality and High Prices Disappointing as a Consumer

As a consumer who values the quality of products that I purchase, I recently tried out some items from Scentsy and had some disappointing experiences. Their liquid laundry detergent, although it had a pleasing fragrance, did not perform as well as I had hoped in regards to removing simple stains from my clothing. On top of that, it was also the most expensive detergent I have ever purchased, leaving me feeling quite unsatisfied with my purchase.

Another product I tried were their hanging car deodorizers, which unfortunately did not live up to my expectations either. Despite costing $5 per deodorizer, the fragrance lasted less than a week, which I found to be unacceptable. It is hard to justify spending that amount of money on a product that doesn't even last a full seven days.

Overall, I found Scentsy's offerings to be substandard in quality for the prices they are charging. It is frustrating to invest in products that don't perform as expected and leave you feeling dissatisfied with your purchase. As a result, I will not be purchasing anything from this company again in the future.

Scentsy Scentsy's Lack of Customer Service: A Frustrating Experience

I recently had an experience with Scentsy that left much to be desired. As a loyal customer, I was excited to utilize their website to order a replacement dish. While I was browsing the site, I noticed there were no sizes listed for the products. Understandably, this left me unsure about which dish to order. To ensure I received the correct size, I took the extra step to send an email requesting that the dish be a certain size.

However, upon receiving my order, I discovered that the dish I had received was not the right size. Understandably, I was frustrated and contacted customer service multiple times in search of a solution. I sent a total of three emails, made two phone calls, and even sent a text to the rep. Unfortunately, it was an arduous task to get in touch with someone who could assist me.

Once I finally did manage to connect with a representative, things did not seem to get much better. They were unable to provide me with the size of any of the dishes available. Additionally, they failed to credit me for the wrong dish. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I couldn't help feeling like it was one that could have been avoided if someone at Scentsy had simply returned my initial email.

It's a shame that what should have been a simple process turned into such a negative experience for me. As a customer who has spent a great deal of time and money with Scentsy, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and oversight in this instance. I hope that moving forward, they will focus on providing more thorough and efficient customer service.

Scentsy Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Scentsy: A Review

As a recent customer of Scentsy, I unfortunately have to say that I am highly disappointed with the level of customer service that I have received from this company. After having contacted my consultant three separate times and reaching out to the company twice for assistance, it took me a considerable amount of time to finally receive a response - and even then, it was of little help.

Not only did I find myself struggling to obtain any sort of assistance, but the problematic experience has continued to worsen. Despite making two separate orders, I received no follow-up from my consultant on either occasion, and was left feeling unsupported and alone in navigating the purchase process. As a result, I reached out to Scentsy customer service to address the issues I was experiencing. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach out for assistance were met with the same subpar level of support and response times from the company.

To make matters worse, even after placing an order, and reaching out promptly with inquiries regarding the status of my orders, I was unable to obtain any helpful information or assistance from Scentsy's customer service team. Even worse, when I did finally receive my orders, I found that they had already shipped and arrived, having been left sitting at my doorstep for a whole week, while I was left guessing whether or not they were on their way.

Overall, the level of customer support and engagement I received from Scentsy was simply unacceptable. With a lack of timely response, unavailability, and zero follow-up or support, I was left feeling entirely unsupported, disrespected, and disillusioned with the company as a whole. Though I was initially looking forward to continuing to do business with Scentsy, based on this experience, I will not be recommending them to anyone, nor will I be ordering from Scentsy any longer.

However, I must admit that after attending a couple of Scentsy parties, I have come to appreciate their unique and high-quality products. The warmers are beautifully designed, and the variety of scents they offer is quite impressive. The best part about Scentsy's products is that they are flameless, which means that they are safer than traditional candles. Scentsy Disappointing Experience with Scentsy: Overpriced and Subpar Products

My experience with Scentsy has been disappointing to say the least. I purchased their wax bars for almost ?7 each, expecting a long-lasting fragrance experience that would create a warm and welcoming environment in my home. However, I was sorely disappointed as the scent did not linger for long and there were even some scents that I could not smell at all!

I was surprised to find that Asda, a supermarket chain, offered wax bars for only ?2 that were of much better quality. In fact, I could purchase almost 4 wax bars from Asda for the same cost as one from Scentsy. This was a complete joke.

Additionally, I was persuaded to buy their warmer lamp, which was priced at an exorbitant ?70! It was a complete rip-off as its actual value could not have been more than ?15. I felt taken advantage of, and I will never buy anything from this company again.

It does not make sense for a business to sell subpar goods at such high prices. Had the wax bars been priced between ?2 to ?3, I might have considered buying them again. But at almost ?7 a bar, it is just not worth it. I will jog on and find a company that offers quality products at fair prices.

Scentsy Review of Scentsy: Poor Quality and Bullying Tactics

Let's face it, the modern market is filled with innovative ways of promoting various products and services. One of such modern ways is through multi-level marketing, which is the selling of products through independent distributors or representatives. This is the system that Scentsy (scentsy.com) operates on. Unfortunately, the experience with this company was anything but pleasant.

Firstly, it has come to my attention that the company engages in bullying tactics towards its independent representatives. It is rather sad that the very people who work tirelessly to sell their products and remain loyal to their brand are threatened with legal action if they decide to move in another product direction. That in itself is a major red flag, showing that the company values profits more than the wellbeing of the people who work to make it successful.

Secondly, I cannot overemphasize the sheer disappointment in the products. Scentsy may be known for its wax warmers, but the quality of these products remains wanting. Not only did I find that the warmers fail to function, but the heat was too much to the point of posing a safety hazard to both kids and pets in the household. It is unacceptable that the company would market its products for use around children when they are unsafe.

Another concern I have is the company's general attitude towards the community and its customers. For a company located in Idaho, one would expect that it should reflect the values and ethics of the region. Unfortunately, I have found that the way they treat people is nothing close to what we would expect in Idaho. It is reminiscent of big corporations in California that care very little about people and prioritize profits over all else.

In conclusion, my experience with Scentsy was a harrowing one. From their bullying tactics and threats of legal action to the poor quality of their products and general attitude towards people, there is very little to recommend this company. Perhaps, they need to review their priorities and work towards building a solid reputation based on quality and customer satisfaction. Until then, it would be difficult to recommend Scentsy to anyone.

Scentsy Horrible Experience with Scentsy: Late Delivery, Allergic Reaction, and Disappointment

I had an extremely unpleasant experience while trying to order from Scentsy. My order took almost two and a half months to arrive because of the lies that were fed to me by one of their representatives - it was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the representative had also ordered stuffed products that I did not ask for and wound up being allergic to. I felt as though it was a waste of my money and their product, just to let the representative run off with my money for months. As a result, I have decided that I will not be purchasing from Scentsy again and have even gone so far as to file charges against both the representative and Scentsy.

I have found that not only are the products at Scentsy quite expensive, but they also don't seem worth the money when compared to other brands. The wax melts, specifically, don't seem to last more than a few hours, whereas other brands like Yankee Candle can give you a much longer-lasting scent experience of anywhere from 3-5 days. Speaking of Yankee Candle, at least I know that I can trust them to never try and harm me or run away with my money - unlike the negative experience I had with Scentsy.

Scentsy Disappointing Scentsy Warmer Review: Poor Quality and No Scent Delivery

I recently purchased a Scentsy warmer from an old coworker and was eager to use it in my office. The beautiful design and promise of a lovely lavender scent had captivated me. And, for the first day or so, my office was filled with the enchanting aroma. However, to my dismay, the fragrance seemed to dissipate rather quickly. I tried to convince myself that my nose had simply become accustomed to the scent, but it was clear that the warmer was no longer working as it should.

After changing jobs, I decided to unpack my Scentsy warmer and give it another try. Much to my disappointment, it still failed to deliver any scent. In fact, the wax took nearly an hour to melt, and even then, there was still no fragrance. To add insult to injury, the leftover wax cubes in the packet were greasy and had bubbled. Such poor quality was unexpected, especially given the premium price I had paid for this product.

Comparing this experience to my older wax cubes from Yankee Candle, I was surprised to find that the latter had not bubbled or eroded when stored. It is clear that Scentsy has some work to do to improve the overall quality of their products and ensure that they are up to par with the competition. For the amount of money spent, this is a cheap product that did not deliver on its promises. Overall, I would not recommend this product and will be looking for other alternatives in the future.

Scentsy Toxic Culture: My Disappointing Experience with Scentsy

I have to say, my experience with Scentsy has been disappointing. My dear friend and partner has worked with them for several years and I've seen firsthand the negative impact the company culture has had on her career. While their products are certainly top notch, with fantastic scents and beautiful designs, there are some underlying issues that are hard to ignore.

One major issue is their compliance department, which seems to operate like a secret police force. If you violate any of their rules or fine print, no matter how minor, they will come down hard on you. And to make matters worse, they openly encourage other consultants to report any infractions they see from their colleagues. This creates an atmosphere of fear and intimidation, where everyone is constantly looking over their shoulder and second-guessing their actions.

The sad thing is, my friend's only "infraction" was a couple of innocent Tupperware posts. It seems ridiculous that such a small thing could have such dire consequences, but that's how Scentsy operates. This kind of toxic environment has had a significant impact on her career and ultimately led to her parting ways with the company.

It's a shame, really, because their products are truly lovely. The scents are incredible and the designs are beautiful, but it's hard to support a company that operates in such a negative manner. Perhaps they'll make some changes in the future and create a better environment for their consultants, but until then, I can't in good conscience recommend them.

Scentsy Disappointing customer service experience with Scentsy - Review

I recently placed an order on Scentsy for a variety of great scents, but unfortunately made a mistake and accidentally ordered the wrong forms for four different scents. I had unknowingly ordered scentsy pods, when I actually wanted the bars instead. Wanting to correct this promptly, I emailed customer service multiple times, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Frustrated with the lack of communication, I eventually decided to call their customer service hotline.

After being on hold for what felt like ages, roughly about 37 minutes in total, I finally got through to a customer service representative who seemed to be of little help to me. The representative advised that their system only allowed them to exchange the wrong item that I had for another of the same item, but in a different scent. This suggestion would not resolve my issue, as I was specifically looking for my desired form of the scent that I had ordered. To make matters worse, the representative seemed to have hardly any connection to the problem at hand, as they kept repeating things that were irrelevant to my situation.

Feeling frustrated, I asked to speak to a supervisor who could perhaps provide more guidance. After another 20 minutes on hold, with the sound of someone picking up the phone twice then hanging up, I finally got through to a supervisor. However, when I started to explain my situation, the supervisor seemed to be uninterested in helping me, and instead wanted to focus on their company’s policies and rules. This was quite disappointing, as it felt as though both the customer service representative and the supervisor were ignoring my concerns and were not willing to go above and beyond to help resolve the issue.

In summary, Scentsy is a great brand with high-quality products, but unfortunately their customer service leaves something to be desired. I hope that in the future, they might invest more time in properly training their customer service staff to be more knowledgeable and accommodating towards their customers' needs.
