Scentsy review: Products quality has gone down

I order room sprays that have always been great. I received my new order yesterday and they have no scent whatsoever. I use "Cinnamon Bear" and now it is as if I sprayed nothing at all. I emailed Scentsy and they said I would have to pay $10 for a label to send back for replacement. I ordered 6 of these so they all are bad, why would I pay more for inferior products now. I would not recommend their products anymore.
