On 20.08.2025 my wife (Susanna Reji) and my son(Ruben Reji) travelled from Kochi to Riyadh via Jeddah. But one luggage was delayed from the flight Jeddah to Riyadh (SV1040). The Luggage was contained full of food items. I got the information from Airport Luggage Counter that they will deliver the luggage on next day before 12 pm. But I didn't get any information regarding the delivery till 6 pm, instead of that I got one SMS with fereference number RUHSV76429. Then I personally went to Airport and collected the luggage,but the food items were damaged. I am totally disappointed and waiting for any compensation for the loss.
