1. Its about cancellation/deactivation of home land line phone service.
that time i want to cancel/deactivate my home phone service, but they did not want to cancel the service because they said i just registered already so they give me suspension until next year. the worst thing is at that suspension time they charge me 50 riyal every month which this money only for non-sense waste of time waiting. if i didn't want to wait, they charged me 900 riyal for installation & monthly fees which they said it was free installation (it is mentioned also in the internet commercial) and i didn't even activate the service yet !.. if i knew they charged that much amount i will never ever registered my home phone with this STC company. that time before i want to cancel/deactivate the service, i ask from customer service 907 but they told me with the very worst manner and impolite speech, i have to come to STC center but they didn't tell me the exact location. but alhamdulilah i found the STC center from a friend instead from STC employee or their customer service (i don't know what is exactly their work as customer service.. maybe their work only sitting and shouting on people who call 907)
2. Service at STC Center
Only in this country that is the worst service ever i found from all over the world. when i come there only one staff could talk in English. Saudi Arabia is well known as the biggest population of expatriate from all of the world, how come they didn't talk in International language.. anyway, that time after i succeeded meet with the STC staff, i ask them about this home phone service but they just clarify my payment and this staff doesn't even want to explain more detail.. instead, he is shouting impolitely and complaint to me why i am asking too much. From what i have seen and heard, if i have problems, it should be i as the one make complaint to this service and they must be patient and listen carefully for our complaint right? that time i realized how very worst this Company are.. the lying Services, the stupidest Staffs and every single thing is only disappoint there.
Now my total payment to cancel this STC home phone service are reach until 1000 riyal, which i didn't even have enjoyed even a second.
My advice, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM STC (Saudi Telecom Company) PRODUCT. They have the very ###ing liar & worst Service in whole over the world. Other wise you will have experienced same like us.

This is most [censor] company ever. Uneducated customer care center employees and ignorant office staff represents clear image of how badly they need to be civilized.My advice to people from all over the world who visit saudi arabia not to buy any product from this company.

One of STC sells staff called me and offering me a package of Unlimited Internet for SR.80/ month for 1st two months and then SR.200/month with speed of 20MBPS. Their representative told me that the good thing about this package is that there is no contract and no line rent and no MODEM fees, whenever you want can cancel it at any time without any penalty.
He processed online yesterday i.e. on April 21, 2017 (FRIDAY) and I receive a message in ARABIC and now translated from one my Arabic Friend he said it is for SR.200 per month. Now I want to cancel this servis prior installation. Do I need to pay any thing.
STC sells representative is is saying no need to worry once STC employee will call you for installation just tell him that I am not interested and that' it. Can any one tell me whether he is telling correct or lying? If he is lying than what is a solution and also can I complaint in POLICE against STC representative.
PLEASE ADVICE.

My Friend is getting abusive calls from [protected]. She has warned him not to call back, but still he is calling her daily around 50 times which is annoying. Please suggest a way to stop this.

Money in my service deducting automatically even without making calls. per day I'm loosing at least Sr.3. kindly do the necessary action to stop the malpractice.

STC is disgusting, very poor 4G coverage. It said "up to 100 MBPS" and I only get around 5 MBPS. Unacceptable lies.
