STC complaint about unfair billing pattern of netsim card (unlimited for one month 160sar)

Dear STC Representative, I am complaining about stc billing dept for unfair billing.they stop my internet service last Jan 2017 since the unlimited internet package for one month is finished.i paid the bill via atm service and gave the receipt to them, they told the net sim which i have used is finished and cancelled, so i have to take another new net sim for unlimited offer for one month .Again i went to pay the bill of my second sim they told there is no more payment to be done, no settlement of bill is shown in the system.And they issued another new sim for me for the next one month by telling that my second net sim also cancelled.But when i went today for paying the bill they told i have to pay the bill of all the three net sim cards, which are not yet cancelled, till now they still continue my bill .How come like that since one can issue a net sim card witout cancelling the previous one, none of the staff have any answer for this, and simpky by telling that i have to pay the whole amount of three sims of all these months, .Kindly do the needful as soon as possible since they didnt cancelled our netsims yet, each day they are adding bill for all these sims even though the sims are not working

STC about our bill payment statement

we are asking for our bill payment statement since one year we want to clarify our accounts.
and we asked your people if we can pay part of the bill cuz you people are not willing to give our payment statement they said we can. So did we, and later on they cut our line again we called to make sure, they returned the line again two days after they cut the line again we called they returned the line so finally when we called for the third time the employee said if your bill is less than 2000 we can't return the line because if its more than 2000 and they returned the line the system will automatically cut your line.
Good so we paid 3/4 of our bill because our CEO HRH princesses told us not to pay the whole bill unless we receive a BILL PAYMENT STATEMENT and today we were surprised by the employee who received our call to say he cant return us our line unless we pay the whole amount we need our company to run its business so kindly find us a solution or Give us a statement ...

STC landline wifi internet package

I have applied for a new wifi landline internet package.i have gone to stc office so many times the staff tells us to wait.We are doing jobs we r not free to visit stc offices many times.I have also given him the picture of the stc box close to our rooms.It is my request to get your feedback regarding new connection of stc landline internet.If not possible i will try for mobily internet.

STC postpaid to prepaid conversion process

Today I returned from what has been my 9th visit from stc (riyadh, hay al rabwa) office; feeling hugely disappointed and frustrated all over again.

I first visited stc rabwah office on 17th of april to downgrade my postpaid plan to prepaid (sawa). the executive asked me to pay the outstanding bill which was 195 sar. I paid the amount. I was then informed that there is some system error and I have to come back the next day to complete my request.

I came the next day. the system problem was not resolved. I was asked to come after 2 days. when I visited them again I was informed, they need management approval in the system for my changes to reflect. they advised me to come after 2-3 days. better to come on sunday 21st of april.

When I visited them on sunday, I was again informed that they system is still not ready and I have to come after a couple of days. the same reason was presented to me each time I request for transfer of my service from postpaid to prepaid.

Taking pity of my regular appearance, an executive there named mr. khaled (alharbi?) asked me to hand over my business card and mobile number to him. once the system is functional he assured to call me back. I waited for over a week for his call. dejected with the lack of response, I visited their office the 8th time on 7th of may.

On 7th of may, I was surprised to find another bill of 268 sar waiting for me. I objected to it. why should I pay for deficiency in stc system? in which universe will it be fair to rip customers for companies system fault!

I was then asked to talk with the supervisor. the person was rude and forced me to either pay the new bill or else leave the premises. if I didn't pay this amount, they cannot proceed with my request of converting postpaid to prepaid. he further gave me a word that once I pay the new bill my service request will be completed within an hour.

I had no reason but to pay my hard earned money for stc's inefficient system and customer grievance management. I paid the new bill of 268 sar on may 7th. I waited for an hour. I was informed that sometimes this request may take more time better to call customer service.

I called 900, they asked me to wait for 24 hours.
I waited for 24 hours and called again, they said to wait for another 24 hours.
I waited another 24 hours, they asked me to go to stc office again.

Today for the 9th time, I visited stc office. and guess what they have to say? yes, that correct; their "system is down" for the love of god, why can't stc repair their inefficient system.

I feel helpless and totally frustrated with this service.
This mobile number of mine is used on all my business correspondence; all my customers call me on this number. moreover, the banks, government portals, etc.. have this number of mine in their database. I cannot afford to lose this number, nor can I afford to pay exorbitant bills without usage.

Stc, if you are reading this... please train people so they can resolve your customer's basic problem. teach them humility and work ethics. shouting on customers for the fault of your system will destroy your image.

I don't want to pay another bill for stc's sluggish customer management and systems. help me find a solution. I am hugely disappointed and exhaustively tired of reaching out to your offices and executives.

About three four months before, one of STC customer service lady gave me a call repeatedly to introducing a new package in post paid service packages. First I rejected the offer. The third day I received another phone call from the same centre though this time around it was in Arabic, and I asked her to channel me in the English service, she did it right away. Then I accepted the conversion as a trial for a month thinking that I could switch it any time I want.However; It has been now about two month since I contacted the office in person but not yet swiched to prepaid. It is a very bad service, and quite below THE STANDARED. The fourth month bill has already been issued recently which is costily and unjust. Thus, STC SHOULD fix such silly system failure which custemers pay the price for a faulty malfunctioned service.

STC, Mobily and Zain... Not one of them is capable of providing decent service yet on a global scale, their prices are amongst the highest in the world. At best you can make mobile phone calls which is technology most countries had in the 70's and 80's. Customer service is a joke. Speak to 3 people and get 3 completely different answers so clearly all lies and the reality is... what can you do when all 3 are as bad as each other! STC has to be by far the worst though, the 900 service is completely useless and just spins you round in a maze of recorded messages before just cutting you off.

And they call this 'PROGRESS'!

Dear STC Representative:

I am filling here a compliant of my internet bill since april 2017.
My Internet package was 20Mbps for a cost of 250SAR for almost 2 years or more of subscription.
Why is it since april 2017 i received a billing statement amounting of 346SAR?

I am pleased to request to fix this problem..
My current bill as of today was 604SAR...why is it coming bigger?
But then, i'm still paying my internet bill on time for a cost of 250SAR.

STC internet service

dear sir,

after shift my home in jubail, i complaint many times to STC to arrange setupbox near my new home but everytime STC person makes visit and inform that he will arranged it soon.
since jan 2016 they are charged me monthly but i have used it due to no setupbox...when i ask for disconnection they inform me to pay due amount since jan 2016 to till now.

STC fiber plus - adding extra service extra charges without my consent

It has been about 2 months now since I called to submit my complaint. No one could manage my complaint seeking solution. Additional service was added to my line without my consent and I am getting charged for! I called 10 times to ask for removing the service and removing the added charges, every time someone misleads me even more.

STC customer service

Hi,

First time I am using etihad airline and it's my worst experience is going on. Out flight is delay approx 30min (10:50pm 16th Feb 17schedule) Riyadh to Abu Dhabi. In Abu Dhabi we reached before 40min of connecting flight but (schedule connecting time is 1hour 10min). Ground staff refused to boarding that flight and mentioned this flight is not possible and you need to take next flight after 12hour. They give me lounge access for only 5hours and that lounge haven't sleeping facilities, after 5hours once again we go and meet with customers service they give me sleeping pods access. There we can sleep but they not provide blanket, pillows and none of food item.
My question is very simple why etihad team not allowed to boarding schedule flight. If it is not possible than why they not provide hotel with complete facilities.

As per my information etihad customers complain never take any action. But I would like to share you own worst experience and I promised you in future I will not travel again and never suggest anyone.

STC receiving low connection speeds for the package i'm paying for.

I got this 3 months unlimited package from STC which is SR 160/ month and it says i would get internet speeds upto 150 Mb/s but what i am receiving throughout the whole day im getting on speeds less than 1 Mb/s and during the night from 12AM uptil 2AM im receiving speeds upto 20 Mb/s... So I tried contacting the customer support 2-3 times but no development in the speed. So im not satisfied with my connection speed and would like to have a Technician visit to come and check what would be the problem regarding the speed issue.. Hope that STC looks into my complaint and gives a better response...

STC internet service

In oct-2015 stc offer 149 package for 99SR for 1 year. Its for 2 year contract but before finishes contract period they started billing 249 each without any confirmation from my side. Even they did'nt give one call for inform this amount variation. Several times I call and make complaints through their connecting channel but they didn't act anything for this. Atlast i am hold payment for one month but this cheating STC taken 5 months payment and cancellation charges 422 from me. I am very normal salary getting person. I am very sad because its happening inside ISLAMIC COUNTRY and from muslim people.

STC customer service

Honestly I'm not one to write reviews but the tremendously poor customer service I've encountered with STC has forced me to do so. I visited the female customer service section a few times and there is always no one available to serve. And when they do appear, they serve with absolutely no work ethic. There are also many other complaint-worthy instances, however, I would like to focus on the extremely poor customer service. It really is a shame that you call yourself the Saudi Telecom Company. You're seriously unworthy of the name.

STC internet

I was late paying a bill due to being away. Paid immediately on return and still not reconnected. Another 'lost' week which has been paid for.
When I moved apartment the salesperson started a new account rather than move the existing account. For three months I have been double billed for two accounts. When I moved it took a further 7 weeks to have the router correctly configured.
The service is a complete joke. The worst I have experienced...
The irony is their behavior is Haram - not in line with Shariah principles.
Call them - the line is either busy or they do not pick up. Go to their www to see their Complaints Policy - the URL link takes you to their internal audit governance document.
Staggeringly incompetent bunch of thieves. And I have said that to their face. One last point - they have Saudized the business (let go of all of the foreign people that used to have half an idea what they were doing...) and replaced them with locals who a) can't speak English b) have no clue what they are doing and c) have no idea how to treat customers. It's just not in their DNA...

STC got bill without internet connection

My name is mohammad shadab alam I have applied for stc internet before 3 months ago but it did not served yet. Then after a week I got username [protected]@stc.Net. Sa and password 4210 customer confirmation code 871 I tried to log in but it didn't work then I got technician no. [protected] after some days I got sms that your internet connection has been served.[protected] but it didn't served yet then after 1 month I got internet bill 29 sar next month 109 on my mobile no. [protected]. I went many stc offices but they told call 900. When I called 900 in billing section. It says I apologized not being able to serve you. When I called disconnection service she said 1st pay your dues bill. On 5/1/17 I already paid total bill 178.66. Murr no. 292 017 + 015 I think technician has been served this landline internet connection on my document so please return my paid money and solve this issue.

STC [protected] out of order since two weeks - this is ridiculous

Since two weeks my net and land phone number [protected] is out of order and stc making fool sending always unprofessional people. They come leave saying other team will come, make fool to stc customers who pay sr. 299 every after 20 days

whenever call 900 after lot of efforts recorded message comes as in process. Within two weeks could not solve the problem. This is nothing but irresponsibility of stc / stc people in other words this is haraam
in this country if you cheat customer like this i even can not think in my dream

first complain number 405963 automatically closed without solving the problem, how ?
please look into this matter and try to solve my problem at earliest otherwise i will take your competitor package

STC unethical behavior about internet service

Dear STC
I have a internet connection at my home by number [protected]
My conection was upgraded by your STC sales or marketing peoples by saying i wil get upto 20mb speed.

Instead of geting a nominal speed iam geting only less than 5mb speed & is charged for me of 20mb speed
Inspite of so many complaints from last 1 month iam continusly complaining to your technical department & many other departments.
Upon investigation by your authorized technician it was revealed to me that the cabinet from which iam geting internet does not support more than 6mb speed & my line is not fiber but you people are charging me for nothing.
I cannot pay 200 riyals for just geting les than 5mb speed
every time your technical team make promises but nothing positive have been done until now
Kindly look int this problem & try solve as soon as possible.
Or cancel my connection without any penalty because this is the mistake from stc for misleading me about the service

STC fiber optic internet

I have experienced the absolute worse service from STC. It has been nearly a month attempting to get Internet for my home. I've given my details to three different "technicians" who failed to pass any of my information along to anyone. Finally, when someone does contact me to install the service three weeks later they cancel the scheduled appointment and push it back for another week (7 days). Today 8/12/16 they finally arrive and simply look into my electrical box and say "oops there is only one port working we cant do anything, it'll take another week". I have lost all confidence in STC the level of incompetence baffles me. I tried calling, I tried explaining it to the technicians, and I've tried patience but unfortunately it is absolutely useless.

STC internet package

Dear STC

 

I recharged my mobile # [protected] on 01-Nov-16, for 5 SAR [500MB] Valid for 7 days. I was using this offer up to 4-Nov-16 around 2.35 pm. At the time of closing it was 4 MB balance and switch off my mobile data. In the same day morning I top-up my mobile with 20 SAR through bank E-payment, for that recharge I got a bonus of 4 SAR also. After seeing my balance it was 23.67SAR+4SAR bonus. Around 2.40pm I checked my balance it shows that I have a balance of 1.70 SAR and the bonus balance was 0.09 SAR.

Immediately I contact the STC representative and asked about this problem and they opened a complaint # 1-[protected]. I got replied on 19-Nov-16 that my complaint has been resolved. After I checked my balance it was 1.70 SAR only, again I called STC and they said you used more than your credit limit it was around 2 minutes and they deduct a sum of 25.88 SAR. I don’t understand about this deduction. Could you please clarify this?

 

About your net charge is good as you are giving 5 SAR for 500MB / week and after you are deducting 2 SAR / MB is not good. Don’t misunderstand me, it’s just like cheating the people. Finally I request you to consider this rate and arrange to get back my balance 25.88 SAR as soon as possible.

Expecting your favorable consideration in this regards.

 

N:B – I request you to send a message about the completion of the net balance and ask the user if they wish to continue with the normal network.

Assalamo Alaikum
my iqama number is [protected] and i have been using internet of stc from the last couple of months. But unfortunately during last couple of months i didn't manage to pay my bill and my service was disconnected. But i payed my bill yesterday of 556 SAR. STC my stc net box outside of my building

Dear stc,

I am complaining about internet box available at outside of my building. I am applying for your new internet offer but your managing department my internet that is situated at outside of my buiding is not active. I want my internet connection ASAP.
I also talk with maintainence team thry said 1 week and now 10 days so whats your facilities.

STC one time password (otp) not receiving

Respected readers my Mobile number is [protected], I have complaint with STC network, I tried to switch my One Time Password to another Network Number for that I reached to the bank Authorities and changed the STC Number to ZAIN Network, Alrajhi Authorities change my number to Zain Network, after change of number by concerned authorities I received One Time Password, but my problem is that Zain number is Not on my Aqama, then once again I changed my mobile to STC, Again I am not Receiving One Time Password, I tired to contact STC Department but the says that, the problem is with AL RAJHI BANK, But finally I got that the problem is With STC, The crazy People doesn't want to solve my issue but they continuously blame BANK. this issue Should be solved and I should received OTP by STC number.
