Their shoes are comfortable, but their customer service is terrible. I don't know why they bother having customer support. They're unable to help with any order issues. They can't tell you anything beyond what you are able to look up in your own account.

Additionally, the order and return process is terrible. I tried to return one pair of shows and exchange 2 others. They failed to give me the proper label, so the exchanges weren't processed. When I contacted them to see why I haven't received any information about my exchanges, they seemed very confused about the entire issue and then told me I had to wait 10 days to check back and they'd see if they could give me my exchange then. We'll see what happens then, but I'm not at all confident I'm actually going to get my shoes.

Got these Sanuk shoes from Amazon as a gift for someone. They've been wearing them for about 3 weeks now and the bottoms are still looking pretty good. I don't know if they hung up on me or if it was just a bad connection, but either way, I was pretty annoyed.

I called back to try and sort things out, but the person I spoke to wasn't very helpful. They just told me to call back the next day. I mean, come on! I don't have time for that kind of nonsense.

Eventually, I did get through to someone who was able to help me out a bit. They offered me a $25 discount, which was better than nothing, but still not really worth all the hassle.

At first, I was like damn, that's a lot for some shoes, but when they arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I bought three pairs of shoes from Sanuk and all three were messed up. I've never had such bad luck before! It's a real bummer that I have to deal with returning them all. Sanuk only gave me the option to print a label, but I don't have a printer. Going to the post office is always a hassle and they don't print labels there. So now I'm stuck with these messed up shoes and I won't be shopping at Sanuk again. If you decide to buy from them, just hope that your shoes aren't messed up like mine were!

Sanuk shoes are pretty good, but when something goes wrong with your order, they don't seem to care much about making it right. I ordered some shoes on March 25th and they didn't arrive until April 15th. When they finally did arrive, the package was damaged by UPS and I had to file a claim. Unfortunately, Sanuk denied the claim, which was really frustrating.

I spent an hour on the phone with Sanuk trying to get them to help me out, but all they did was tell me that they would open their own investigation and that it could take up to 7 business days. In the meantime, they refused to give me a refund or a replacement. It's really disappointing when a company doesn't stand behind their products or their customers.

Overall, I would say that Sanuk shoes are decent, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you're thinking about buying from them, just be aware that if anything goes wrong, you might be out of luck.
