Sanuk review: Shoe sizing... No return on mail order if you cant get your foot into the shoe.

Everything was great, until I tried the shoe on and realise it is not made for ppl with a high instep. Its not at all forgiving, my correct shoe size is 8 and I cant even get my foot in the shoe. They have offered a credit, however it is of no use as their shoe design is the issue not the product - it simply in made for ppl with a shallow instep.

We have tried being nice and have incurred $30 shipping costs which we are not asking for but alas they choose not to refund.
