I have a pair of Dansko shoes I wear for work at a restaurant here in Pittsburgh. While working yesterday my shoes started falling apart! I have most of the pieces and only wore these a couple dozen times. I hopeful that after spending $120. That I can get these fixed r replace. Thank you for your time

I bought some Dansko shoes for $145 on Jan 20, 2022 from their website. The shoes didn't fit, so I swapped them for a different size. But the new pair doesn't fit either, so I want to return them for a refund. The company didn't give me an order number to process the return. I've asked them 3 times for a return label, but it's been more than 24 hours and I still haven't got it. They keep saying I'll get it soon, but their customer service team is not helpful at all. I can't afford to keep these shoes, so I need help getting a refund. Thanks.
