I hav purchased sansui lcd 32 inchs colour tv on 18, 8 2012 after one year tv is not working I have complained to costumer care they came and said panel board problem and ihave to pay 10 to 12 thousand rupees to repair what is the solution if warranty is over with in 5 days my total money is wastedwhere I should complaint and from where I can get solution why the people are making this type of manufacturing the dealer might be used for a long time to display why should I loose money please healp me with in 5 days after warranty there is no use complaint MY MAIL ID IS [protected]@yahoo.com

    My sansui TV purchased a year back is not working, lodged a complaint through dealer. Its nearly five days that nobody from sansui service has attended me. Its pathetic. Now I don't think I will ever recommend any sansui product to any of my friends.

    We are a regular customer of sansui commodities that’s why we have choose to buy a sansui 29 inch t.v one year before since then we in trouble.3 times we had to change the same t.v with dealer but till then we insisted on taking the same sansui t.v itself and last we got one 29 inch which worked for 1 ½ year and got some problem. We thought of calling the company itself and the approach to the call was excellent the engineer with in ½ hr which we appreciate. And more over we thought if this is done then they would be able give us the excite thing. Yep we got a call from call center that the T.V is going to take to the AAKS 24 AUTORISED JKP Dealer. We got an estimate of Rs 3000 at that time by phone but while the T.V came we have to pay 3600. Hope that we don’t have to pay the same amount next year too. Why this is happening. And if so why Rahul Dravid our the ideal of cricketer is telling that this commodity gives consistent performance. For which I am going to put him a mail too let me see he would reply or not.

    Hi,

    I have a sansui tv and me not able to turn on the TV . There is no fault in power supply and the front keys are not working and remote also not functioning. Please respond as soon as possible

    Our t.v. is not very old. The color has gone away - and now we are watching a black and white $2000 t.v.! We are frustrated.

    I could not get the complaint with the screen patches resolved. They are not ready for replacement also. No place to complain online also. Very Pathetic service.

    I recommend nobody should go for it...

    I have purchase sansui dhanpuran colour television in november 2005. from G.K. Electronics, Uttam Nagar, Delhi. Now, Its remote is not working properly. I want to replace/change it. Plz support me smb!

    my T.V. isn't working..i am not able to contact on any of the helpline or customer care nos...the T.V. is purchased under the name of tapan kumar bairagi..And its not Under warranty period...

    I have taken sansui tv 3 weeks back in my company name my complain no GHA0709110610 Even After repeated compliants, no one responded and they test our patience. We are a company works on the PERSON. When we call [protected] AND [protected], no-one respond properly BECOUSE ser meri apse gujarish hi ki mai laga tar paresan ho rha hu koi responce nahi milraha after 15 days

    hello sir, i purchased sansui tv in . now i have problem in my tv like display problem. many time i registered my complain in custmer care but no one come here for service. i also called shop dealer but the same condition. would u tell me is this my mistake i purchased sansui television. if u r able to handle ur staff so plz solve my problem... or else i should throw thev in dustbin no mater about the money its is complity waste of u r product

    never buy this product ther is no proper service the callcenter are waste they do not how to speak english and not proper reply from them os stop buying these product better go for lg or sony ther u get a proper service

    i had purchase a sansui tv sds-215bb sr no. [protected] from one of the out let on 29th nov 2011.
    from jan 2012 i am facing a problem regarding quality of picture till today.
    company had send persons more then four times but there isnt any solution for my problem.
    the product is in warranty today but it will end one day so what option i have to do with company or i have to go consumer court.

    Very poor response and service. Purchased a new refrigerator from Next Showroom thrissur and now this is the second time the same complaint occuring from sansui fridge. I am going to file a consumer complaint.
