I'm so mad right now! I ordered something from Sam Electronics, Inc. and they said it was out of stock. They sent me an email asking if I wanted to cancel, and I said "yes." But it's been two days and I still haven't gotten an email saying it's canceled or a refund. When I called them, they were so rude and unprofessional. They even hung up on me twice! I'm never buying from them again.

I bought 3 hair clippers from Sam Electronics, Inc. but they sent me used ones in old boxes. The clippers were dirty and had fingerprints all over them. I also ordered a printer from them but I cancelled my order because I don't trust their service anymore. I don't recommend anyone to buy anything from them based on my bad experience. I'm giving them a short time to refund my money or else I'll take the matter to my lawyer and file a report with ComplaintsBoard.com. Their service rating is -0.
I got a printer/scanner for my crib office
I got a printer/scanner for my crib office. The machine was 220 volts, not for the U.S. market. A Samstores dude called me to check if I really wanted it or the U.S. version. Pretty cool, right? I got the machine 10 days later (even though I paid $70 for 3 day shipping) and saw that the model was totally different. I googled it and found out that I paid $345 for a machine that Target and Best Buy sell for $130. Samstores lost their cool points for fixing my order mistake when I found out they made a big profit off my ignorance. I emailed them to fix it, but no reply. My advice: don't do biz with companies like this that take advantage of people's mistakes. Or if you do, make sure you know what you're buying.
