Samsung Repair Terrible Experience with Samsung Repair: Poor Service and Customer Support

I recently had a terrible experience with Samsung Repair (samsungrepair.com). I must say, if I could give them zero stars, I would. I had a problem with my phone, and since it was still under warranty, I contacted Samsung Repair for assistance. However, the process was not as smooth as I expected.

Firstly, I was asked to send in my non-working phone before getting a new one. This was quite frustrating, especially since I had insurance. I felt like I was being given the runaround, and Samsung Repair did not seem to want to take responsibility or honor their product.

To make matters worse, the customer service was not helpful at all. They were not friendly and did not seem to care about my situation. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Overall, I would not recommend Samsung Repair to anyone. Their service is not reliable, and their customer service is terrible. I hope they can improve their services in the future, but until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Samsung Repair Samsung Repair: A Pleasant Surprise for My Refrigerator Repair Needs

I recently had to use Samsung Repair (samsungrepair.com) to fix my Samsung refrigerator and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised with the service. As a builder who has purchased over 200 Samsung appliances, I have had my fair share of issues with the products and the company's customer service. However, Samsung Repair was able to fix my cooling problem with ease.

At first, I was hesitant to use Samsung Repair because of my past experiences with the company's customer service. But, I decided to give it a try and I am glad I did. The repair person was prompt and professional, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly.

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical when Samsung Repair insisted that I find a repair person that could fix my unfixable refrigerator. But, I was pleasantly surprised when the repair person they sent was able to fix the issue with ease. It just goes to show that sometimes, it's worth giving a company a second chance.

Overall, I would highly recommend Samsung Repair to anyone who is having issues with their Samsung appliances. The service was prompt, professional, and most importantly, effective. While I have had my fair share of issues with Samsung products and customer service in the past, I am happy to say that Samsung Repair has restored my faith in the company.

Samsung Repair Disappointing Repair Service from Samsung: Delayed Return and Poor Customer Service

So, I had to send my Samsung fold 2 for repair to samsungrepair.com. It's been 12 days now and I still haven't got it back. The phone started to look like there was ink all over the screen, and it wasn't my fault. They told me it would take up to 10 days to fix it, but now they're saying it will take another week. That means it will have been gone for 19 days! That's not acceptable for a phone that costs ?1649.00. I asked for a loan phone, but they said no. Their customer service is terrible. I'm really disappointed and I will have to think twice before using Samsung again in the future. Maybe it's time to move to a more reliable provider.

Samsung Repair Disappointing Service from Samsung Repair: Unresolved Software Issue with Samsung Phone

I recently had an experience with Samsung Repair (samsungrepair.com) and I must say, I was quite disappointed with their service. I have been experiencing a software problem with my Samsung phone for quite some time now and it seems like Samsung has been aware of this issue for a while, yet they have not taken any steps to fix it. It almost feels like they want us to go out and buy another $1000 phone instead of fixing the problem.

The issue I have been facing is with the voice command to text feature on my phone. Whenever I try to use it, it double types words and sentences, making it extremely difficult to use. It takes forever to correct and I have tried everything to fix it. I even considered getting a new phone, but I know that the software problem will still be there because it comes from Samsung.

I have reached out to several people to try and fix the issue, but it seems like the problem is with the software that comes from Samsung. They need to send out an update to fix the problem, but it seems like they are not in any hurry to do so. I mean, come on Samsung, this is unacceptable.

Overall, I would not recommend Samsung Repair to anyone who is facing a software issue with their Samsung phone. It seems like they are not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes and fix the problem. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work towards providing better service to their customers.

Samsung Repair Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Samsung Repair: A Review

I sent my Galaxy S21 ultra to Samsung Repair to have the motherboard replaced. The service center is pretty close to my house, only about 25 miles away. After they received my phone, they called me and gave me an estimate for the repair. I authorized the repair and waited for my phone to be fixed. However, after 3 or 4 weeks, I started calling them to check on the status of my phone. I talked to them about 4 or 5 times, but they could never tell me where my phone was or what was going on with it.

I waited for 5 weeks, but they still couldn't give me any information about my phone. I was getting frustrated, so I requested that they just cancel the repair and send my phone back to me. It's been a while now, and I'm still waiting to receive my unrepaired phone.

I'm really disappointed with the service I received from Samsung Repair. I was a contractor for almost 50 years before I retired, and if I did customer service like this, I would've been out of business 49 years ago. It's really sad because I usually like to recognize people that do good work, but I can't do that in this situation.

I have Samsung phones, appliances, and tablets, but this experience will definitely make a major impact on my future purchases. It's really unfortunate because I've always been a loyal Samsung customer, but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Samsung Repair Samsung Repair: Unprofessional Bait and Switch Tactics

So, I had a bit of a problem with my Samsung device and decided to give samsungrepair.com a try. I got on the phone with a lady rep and we talked for about an hour. I explained my problem with the phone and she told me that the phone is under warranty and there would be no charge to fix it. I was pretty happy about that, let me tell you. She sent me an email with a shipping label to print and I mailed the phone to the service center. I was told that it would take about a week to fix.

After a week, I got an email saying that the price is being changed from free to $150.46. I was pretty upset about this, as you can imagine. I called Samsung to find out why and am now being told that the problem is not covered, that the 1st rep gave me the wrong information, and that if I want the phone fixed that I would have to pay $150.46. This is unprofessional! I felt like they were trying to bait and switch me, you know? Charge unsuspecting customers and give piss poor service. I talked to customer service and 2 supervisors who apologized but did nothing.

Bottom line, I had to pay the $150.46 to get my phone fixed. I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. I mean, I know things happen, but it just felt like they didn't really care about me as a customer. I don't think I'll be buying any Samsung products again in the future. It's just not worth the hassle.

Samsung Repair Terrible Customer Service: My Nightmare Experience with Samsung Refrigerator

This company is the absolute worst! I recently bought a Samsung refrigerator and it has been broken for over a month now. I have a one year old and it's been a nightmare trying to deal with this. They keep sending technicians to my house to fix it, but after a month they closed out my ticket without fixing it. Can you believe that? And now they want to open a new ticket. It's like they don't care about me or my family at all. All they care about is their bottom dollar.

I would never recommend anyone to buy Samsung products. They are the worst company to deal with. They have no compassion or care about their customers. They just want to make money. It's ridiculous. Especially when it comes to kitchen products. I mean, who wants to deal with a broken fridge for a month? It's been a living hell for me and my family.

I'm so frustrated with this company that I'm going to post this review on every forum I can find. They need to know how terrible they are. And to make matters worse, the fridge was $4000! Can you believe that? And the repair guys are just out to make money, so why would they fix the problem quickly? It's like they don't care about their customers at all.

I do have proof of purchase, but I'm not going to put my receipt with my credit card info on this website. I just want people to know how terrible Samsung is. Don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from Samsung products.

Samsung Repair Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with Samsung Repair

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Samsung Repair. I mean, seriously, what's up with their customer service? I've had to call them three times now for different items that needed fixing, and each time it's been a total waste of my time. And don't even get me started on the fact that there are no authorized service centers within 300 miles of me. Like, what kind of company is that?

Anyway, let me tell you about my experience with them. So, my phone started acting up and wouldn't charge or turn on for five whole days. I thought it might be the battery, but there were no independent service techs around to replace it. So, I had to send it in to Samsung. But, of course, I didn't want to send in my phone with all my data on it, so I had to do a factory reset and mail it in. And what do they do? They can't even replicate the problem! Like, come on, guys. You have a phone with no data on it, so it's not gonna overheat. And yet, they still sent it back to me with no battery replacement. So, I had to buy a replacement phone on eBay because I can't deal with a phone that randomly goes out for five days at a time.

And then there's my dishwasher. It stopped washing dishes on the bottom rack, so I called Samsung Repair and they gave me the number for an independent repair service. But get this - it was for a battery shop! Like, what kind of nonsense is that? It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Honestly, I don't think Samsung Repair has any business selling their products in the US. They need to step up their game and start providing better customer service and authorized service centers. Until then, I'm switching to Apple.

Samsung Repair Samsung Refrigerator

I was cleaning my 5 year-old Samsung Refrigerator, following their directions, and the big glass shelf—30 inches long— when it exploded! I have spent 2 days picking glass out of my garbage disposal, my hair and every crevice in my kitchen. My dog cannot go into the kitchen for fear he will find glass and eat it. What a disaster!

This has been a problem all along. I have replaced every shelf in this refrigerator at great expense since I bought it. The refrigerator is poorly designed and nearly impossible to clean. Samsung offered to replace that shelf. It would not arrive until after my holiday dinner and my disposal needs a special technician—more expense. Never buy a Samsung appliance other than a TV! They don’t know what they are doing.

Desired outcome: I will put a piece of plexiglass in that shelf and buy a different refrigerator as soon as I can afford it.

Samsung Repair Samsung galaxy

My mobile phone was accidentally dropped in a wheelbarrow which was wet and dirty and it corroded the charging point.

It was sent to Samsung by the phone retailer where we had bought it and were on contract with. They backed up my entire phone to the Samsung cloud as required.

The repair was not done under warranty and took several weeks.

When the phone was returned to us, we took it back to the retailer who was going to restore the back up from the Samsung cloud. No data was found, the back up was not there and also my account was deleted.

Have spent hours on the phone with Samsung who admit to a 'glitch' but are completely unhelpful in terms of what they can do to find my data, or compensate me for the loss of my entire history of contacts and images which are irresplacable.
