I called Midwest ECM Repair LLC to order an ECM
I called Midwest ECM Repair LLC to order an ECM. They let me place the order and took my payment. The next day, I called for more information and provided it. The employee, *** was a bit rude to my boss, but we still proceeded with the business. Later, we received a call from someone claiming that my boss had been disrespectful to the employee. However, my boss wasn't rude at all, and he didn't even make the payment or place the order. I explained this to the person at Midwest, but they kept calling and harassing me, trying to force me to give out my boss's information. I felt this was unnecessary since the transaction was already completed and the part was shipped.
When I checked the tracking information to see when the part would arrive, I discovered that it had been requested to be sent back to the shipper without any notification to me, and they had already taken my money. I called them back to ask why they did this and why I wasn't informed, but they refused to give me an answer. They also refused to tell me where my money was. The owner told me that if I didn't tell him who spoke to them, he wouldn't do business with me. This is unfair and unjustified. I asked for a better explanation, but he rudely told me to kiss his behind and said there was no need for me to even talk to them since it was so difficult to get in touch with this unknown party. He said they didn't want to do business with me and continued to refuse my requests.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
We do not have any customer by this name. ************************* of FSC Logistics LLC has never bought anything from Midwest ECM Repair.
We did have an order from ******** from a company DEC 4 LLC in *******, **. The ordering experience between ********, ****** and my staff was less than satisfactory. Both ****** and ******** were rude to my staff. I wanted to follow up with ****** to get an understanding of the previous days interaction. ******** was very confrontational with me in my attempt to speak with ******, because of their demeanor I decided to cancel the transaction between us and not to do any future business together. I recalled their package and fully refunded their credit card. I suggested they purchase their ECM from another supplier.
Upon the termination of the transaction ******** called and was extremely unprofessional. She used abusive and degrading language including multiple racial slurs. ****** called and even threatened bodily harm mixed in with his vulgar and contentious language.
We received a call from a ****** at FSC Logistics LLC in **********, ** attempting to order a part for the same engine as ********. ****** was very abrasive from the beginning of the order process. I terminated the sales process before even taking any payment information from ******. We never charged FSC Logistics LLC nor did we ever have payment information to charge FSC Logistics LLC.
Subsequent to my termination of FSC Logistics LLC's ************************** called and stated she was going to charge us with discrimination. Her phone etiquette continued to degrade into an extremely verbally offensive and abusive tone. After I hung up on her multiple times ******** proceeded to repeatedly call our number time after time after time telling me she will lock up our phone lines so we couldn't service other customers.
Midwest ECM Repair does not intend to do any business with DEC 4 LLC or FSC Logistics LLC and we request they purchase their ECM from another supplier.
