Everything Breaks

I subscribed to this service in late October and in the past month have twice received notice that my subscription was cancelled without explanation when payments are current. The first time, in response to my complaint, I was told there was an administrative error and my subscription was restored. But the second time in less than a month is too much and I have not just demanded my subscription be canceled, but also that all premiums paid to date be fully refunded, and I am filing a complaint with the credit card used to make the payments as well as turning the matter over to my attorney.

I find it quite interesting that the company website, so far as I was able to find, neither lists a specific physical address nor identify any of the management, when that is generally standard practice .

Concerned about most recent car warranty purchase. Too many complaints about the way U conduct your business. I haven't received any contract to verify my payment over a phone call from your company. On April 17, I went to my auto mechanic for mechanical breakdown which was replacing the alternator.

I told the manager of the shop to send the estimate to everything breaks either by fax or email and provided the information. However, for whatever reason, the manager did not comply. Because of his non-cooperative attitude, when the final bill came I had to pay all of it as everything breaks denied my claim.

I feel they could have done more to persuade the manager of the shop to send the estimate, or just help me out with the final bill as that was the reason I paid monthly for auto warranty breakdown protection. Basically I was left out on my own and scammed due to a technicality that I had no control over,; otherwise I would have never signed up for their so called auto warranty mechanical breakdown service.
