Great company! They were very professional and affordable. They fixed my dryer in no time. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs appliance repair.

The guy who came to fix my stuff was cool, knew his stuff, did the job fast and clean, found the issue, fixed it, and even gave me some solid advice. If anything goes wrong with my appliances again, I'm definitely sticking with this company, and hopefully, I'll get the same dude to come over.

My daughter's ice maker ain't working. They came out and said it was the filter. They didn't have one so I paid 'em $70 and my hubby went and bought one that day and replaced it, ($60) Still no ice. I called and set up another appointment, no show. I called again set up another appointment, no show or call. I just called and the number and no answer or messages can be left. What more can I say?

Repairman showed up at my door with no mask during the height of the Covid19 pandemic, even though I had a mask on. Finally went back to the truck to get one after my wife asked if he needed one. Then he took it off more than he wore it. He spent 30 minutes looking at the fridge but never could find the ice maker in the door. It took me about two minutes to find the icemaker after looking up the process online. Still charged me $70 service call and left telling me the replacement part wasn't available. I told the company and the repairman that the ice maker wasn't working before they did anything. I didn't need to pay to be told the same thing by an incompetent repairman. I told him not to come back, we'll find someone else.

BEWARE OF APPLIANCE MASTERS! Appliance Masters came to my house and installed a dishwasher on behalf of *** Home *** and they damaged my floor due to causing a leak during installation from the supply line the technician said he fixed and I paid them for fixing it. Once the water started to come from up under the tile in the kitchen and significantly damaging the floorboards and leaking into my dining room and damaging my dining room floor I called John *** and he sent a technician out to look for the water leak and he found it at the supply line I had to call a plumber out to fix the line. John came out to my house and looked at the damage himself so he decided to see if it would dry on its own but at that time we didn't know to what extent the damage was. Eventually I had a water mitigation company come and inspect the floor damage and I provided John with that estimate. John requested that he send his own water mitigation company out to access the damage which they came out the next day or two. They provided *** the estimate and John stopped contacting them. I called John to discuss and he said he was going to go through his insurance company and they would call me. They never did. I called John back to inform him his insurance company did not call me back and he said he would call his partner and have them call me but I have not heard from them and now John is no longer responding to my calls. Do not use this company as their quality of work is substandard and they do not repair damage they cause. I will have to sue them now as I went through my insurance company to fix all the damage. I gave 1 star as I don't know if I can give zero stars.

On March 24th, a technician came out to fix my dishwasher, but the repair didn't work. I've been calling them over and over again to come back out, but they haven't responded. Appliance Master's hasn't answered my phone calls or returned my voice-mails. I had to wash dishes by hand, and when I drained the sink, the water from the sink came out of the dishwasher and onto my kitchen floor, causing my laminate tiles to warp.

Appliance Masters is like, you know, contracted with American Home Shield to fix appliances and stuff. So, I was like, "my fridge needs fixing," and I put in a request on 2/24. American Home Shield took my money and was like, "Appliance Masters got you covered, bro." Within 24 hours, Appliance Masters hit me up and we set up a service appointment.

So, this technician dude shows up and starts troubleshooting. He's like, "Your fridge needs new control boards, man. Might take up to two weeks." Fast forward a month, and I'm still waiting. I've called them a bunch of times, asking for an update, but nothing. My fridge is still messed up, no lights, no ice, no water. It's a disaster.

Finally, the tech comes back after a month (now it's been three months since this whole thing started), and he installs a part. Guess what? It doesn't fix anything! The compressor is still acting up, and my fridge is still a hot mess. He's like, "I'll order a new compressor and more control boards. Should only take a few days." Well, guess what? It's been a month, and they haven't called me back. They won't even answer my calls, man.

I've complained to American Home Shield, but they're giving me the runaround too. Like, seriously? I can handle some delays, but not communicating with me? That's just not cool, bro.
