made a complaint about non working of my fridge on May 20th and the reference no. is [protected]. technician visited only on may 22nd and told to replace main board. same day service center at Tiruchengodu in Namakkal district of Tamilnadu ordered for the board. despite assurance to replace within 4 days, till date the board not received by the service center. it is 12 days we are without fridge. I am very much distressed over the in ordinate delay and least expected this type poor response from reputed Smasung. please rectify and give me feedback on the status
