We have been on the Sams site several times trying to order 4 gal water. Three times the item shows available, we schedule a delivery and then after the supposedly delivery time we get an email saying item not available. Also, we placed an order for other items this week, including Sams paper towels. Got a message prior to delivery that the towels were not available. Got delivery by a driver in a small car. The towels would not have fit into his car. Went to Sams the next day and there was an abundant supply of towels. These two incidents are terrible for us as Sams plus members. We just renewed our membership but will go to Costco next year. Please respond to this post.
