Was a member for years and all of a sudden my last 3 transactions have been declined. Three online merchants denied my card. Called their (overseas!)customer service and they apparently now want you to submit a video of yourself. Uhh hard pass.
They have a 3-step verification process now, a text or email is not good enough.
No suspicious activity, I have put thousands of $$'s on this card, but now they are acting like I'm some sort of criminal.
I told them to close my account and cancel my card. Lost about $75 in awards $$'s but their system is just too frustrating to deal with anymore.
Sam's Club you can do better!
Recommendation: No recommendations. The foods they carry are all big box brands, no local merchandise anymore. Customer service is also not helpful and make you believe that this is all somehow your fault.
