The Salvation Army USA review: Unbelievable

I am not one to complain especially when I am in the time of need. I recently had to reside in the Salvation Army the Hope Center for Woman and children. And for the most part I FEEL partially safe. I for one am a single mother with two teen-aged Daughters and we can not even lock our doors at night so I have to sit up and keep guard over our rooms because they do not lock from either side inside or out, this is where we lay our heads at night until I am able to find permanent housing and a job within the next 30 days. The Children for safety have to go with me everywhere I go so we have to leave our things unattended until we return. I've already lost so much and now I have to worry about whether my belongings are being gone through while my family and I are away. There is mold in the vents on every hall. There was a recent outbreak of Covid-19 in the building and no one seems to care. We have assigned chores in order to reside in the building and the Army is to supply the supplies in order to keep the sight clean. Families are to keep their rooms clean on a daily singles as well as a group effort, but I'm being told that The Salvation Army does not have the funds to be able to keep the cleaning process going. The night shift lookovers are not aware of the others that are trying to at least keep things in order. Covid-19 isn't something that I take to kindly especially around my children and their getting ready to start school. Who do I need to speak to, to help with this concern?
