The Salvation Army USA review: The worst expereince ever!!! Will never recommend or donate again!

I regret thinking this was a serious capable organization. We left perfect good things that we chose not to give to others. scheduled a pick up and they arrived super late and said they did not have time would come another day. That other day we needed to leave the house. That same day trusting as they promise they would be there, they call and say they had an accident and cannot come. Therefore we are left struggling trying to find a same day service paying who knows how much as we are out of time, for someone to pick this stuff up. It is incredible! we trusted then could have sold it, could have donated to a serious organization but one day they don't have time and then the next they leave us hanging and give us no solution. Shame on you!
