I have called in 5 times about having my refund check reissued. I get told it will go out in the mail within a week, which is a lie because I never get it and call back in and they say that they need me to give them a check number in order to reissue. HOW CAN I GIVE THEM THE CHECK NUMBER WHEN I DONT HAVE THE CHECK? Duh? They tell me I have to wait for it to go to state unclaimed property. How damn lazy can people be. It would be much simpler to reissue me the check that process the unclaimed property. Yikes.

Desired outcome: I want the refund check reissued!!!!!
