I put an order with Saks off 5th (order #[protected]) order confirmed 7th October 2023

While tracking I noticed the Order was sent and delivered to wrong address not the address on the webpage in my profile. I contacted Saks off 5th straight away when I release this.

Saks off 5th came back saying due to policy I will not get a refund me the money. Their policy does not state if they send to wrong address you look your money and no parcel. This is a mistake on their end Order was over $500 USA dollars

I live in Sydney Australia. Never had issues before with orders coming to Australia

Given FedEx Tracking #[protected] says order delivered

It is clear the order was deliver to wrong address in USA not address in my account profile Which is 27 Baliga Avenue Caringbah Sydney Australia

Can you help me resolve this?

I can’t seem to get any help from the company to the whereabouts of my order

I do not understand what is happening I received an email saying I will not be refunded and no parcel sent to me

You can see my order #[protected] was never delivered to my address at 27 Baliga Avenue Caringbah 2229 NSW SYDNEY Australia

I put the correct address when I put my order in, someone from your end has sent my parcel to the wrong address

This mistake is from your end not mine.

If the parcel was sent to Australia as per the correct address I would have received this parcel.

I tried tracking #[protected] which is telling me parcel was delivered

But deliver somewhere in USA not deliver to the address stated

This is not a mistake from my end.

I wish to be refunded my full payment that was taken out from my bank account or the parcel to be reissued to my home address at stated in my profile on your website.

This is a lot of money over $500 USA and $1000 Australian dollars

I want a full refund or order sent to correct address

Your policy does not say we will not refund you your money back if we sent your order to the wrong address

Please take this further and arrange for my full reimbursement

I have ordered before from your site this has never happened to me before
