This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. I didn't sign up for automatic shipments, but they keep sendin*** me this product that I don't even like. They keep takin*** money out of my account and I can't get them to stop. I emailed them and they said I have to wait for my next shipment to arrive before I can cancel, but even after I did that, they keep sendin*** me more. I don't know how they got me on their list in the first place. It's a real pain tryin*** to get them to stop. I'm sick of them ignorin*** me and takin*** my money. You can't even talk to anyone on the phone, you have to email them. It's a real hassle. I have so many bags of this stuff that I haven't even opened. It doesn't mix well and it's hard to drink. I wouldn't recommend this company or their product to anyone.

I made a one time purchase and it turned into a monthly subscription without my knowledge. When I received notification of a monthly charge I contacted them and cancelled my subscription. I have since been charged two times for a product I no longer want and have contacted to cancel. Shady practices and terrible customer service.

There's a one time purchase option I clicked that and I still got opted into the auto subscription. I just wanted to try RYZE, but it wasn't to my liking. Now, I have a second order that I need to return unopened. Please advise. Thank you.

The coffee is great yet keep in mind I have no horrible sense of taste so anothers experience *** differ. *** purchased twice in the last year about 9 months apart. Not a coffee drinker. Each time I purchase they claim theres a one time purchase option I clicked that the second time I purchased and I still got opted into the subscription. I asked for a return label on December 3, 2022 as the package showed up a couple days after the money was deducted from my account. I promptly returned the item through my employer. The *** on December 3, 2022. Same company they send their products through. The tracking number was faulty apparently and for almost three weeks I couldnt track the return. I went to In Plant Support at *** (my employer) to see if the package was lost. Nope. The return was was received when I took it work (***) on Dec 3,2022 and delivered and received at the location provided on the return label RYZE sent me on December 5, 2022 via email and text message . It is now December 28 2022 Ive reached out to the company about my $36. Their representative responded with information Im already aware. The tracking number is faulty. I provided them with photos of the paperwork provided by my employer (***) that clearly states the return was delivered shortly after they provided me with the shipping label. Now I cant get a response. They had a whole lot to say when I told them I did t want to subscribe to their coffee and how to return it though.

I was hesitant to try another product but had heard great things from a friend and glad I gave it a shot. Ryze is a game changer! It's the perfect energy boost without feeling hyped up and it’s made a tremendous difference for digestion and bloating! I’m hooked!
I recently purchase the mushroom coffee and are very satisficed with the taste and product itself. I get no bloaty feelings in my gut or bad after taste in my mouth. Great health benefits too drinking Ryze Mushroom Coffee. Continue the good work with this product.
I have tried so many things to tackle my insomnia. I simply cannot get to sleep. Even when I’m exhausted, sleep evades me. The mushroom hot cocoa is hands down the best! No side effects. Best sleep I’ve had in months! Plus, it’s not crazy-sweet, which is perfect for me.
I love this coffee. I feel a lot more energetic and focused. I think of something that needs to be done around the house, and I get it done. Normally, I would just keep putting it off. Thanks Ryze

Ryze is now apart of my daily routine, both at home and on the go with their on the go individual packets.
Tried it for about 10 days, totally changed my mood since day one and I feel more focused, seems solid, will try for a couple of months at least to see other changes.Recommended!
We feel that our mental acuity has improved! We feel like healthier people. We like to share that mushrooms are a coffee alternative (or an additive ;*) And the travel packs mean you can be consistent when you're on the go. Heck, we even hand them out to friends and family and people who work for us!

Hello, I made an online purchase at RYZE for the mushroom matcha - a few weeks later I got charged for another order. I never agreed to a subscription service and would like to cancel and get a refund back to my account. I created a dispute with my bank.
I have attempted to call the # provided to cancel my subscriptions of deliveries for RYSE. The phone # provided drops the call
Please cancel I find the taste unpleasant.
