Our experience with SunMade Energy was top notch. Our representatives, Armando, Oz and Amanda worked diligently to get our project completed with short notice and before our deadline. This meant they took the time to work beyond their schedules to provide such excellent service and installation of our solar project. We had many digital glitches during the process of trying to sign up. This was no fault of SunMade's but they worked with us repeatedly to remedy the situation and never got frustrated with us. They were very professional, kind, courteous and went out of their way to be supportive and informative. Every person we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend SunMade Energy.

SunMade finished installing my panels about two weeks ago, and I must say it looks fantastic. Our salesman “Matt" was awesome, he made this process very easy. He was very knowledgeable and if you're the type of person that likes numbers and spreadsheets so you know what you're getting and how much he's the guy to go to. The girls that work in the office were fantastic. They answered all questions I had and always followed up with a phone call. Anyone can go onto Google Maps and look around in your neighborhood to see what type of solar panels your neighbors have and what they look like. The quality of workmanship and placement of the panels is top notch. I've seen piping running across rooftops which does not look very good. SunMade was able to hide all of the piping and Made everything look seamless. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar.

We needed to get a 2nd system on our house due to a large true up bill. We shopped around and was instantly sold on SunMade Energy after our initial consultation. The way things were explained to the many options to finance, we knew after that evening who we wanted to go with… SunMade Energy 100%. Then, the communication has been incredible. We knew when permits were submitted, approved and then our installation date. The installation team was amazing! They ran into a few roadblocks and battled through them to finish the job. They also were great communicators, keeping us updated throughout the day. And finally, the follow up phone call. What a pleasure to speak to someone who cared about our experience. A company that continues to care AFTER all the work is done is a company I will ALWAYS recommend to friends and family! Thank you to everyone in the SunMade Family for the most wonderful experience. I chose SunMade Energy because they specialize in Solar energy. They also have over 13 years of experience and are a Family Owned Business. First contact (Julia) set things up and my original Solar Educator was not able to make it and had Chris at my door that same day. Sales (Chris) was top notch, super knowledgeable, and gave me straight answers and no nonsense. I went from adding 20 to 22 panels and two more panels to make it 24 plus added the bird netting a couple of days before the install. The President (Oz) worked with me on prices and quick turnaround on all my paperwork; even last minute stuff. Scheduling (Amanda) found me an earlier installation date. The installers (Omar and crew) did a great job; very polite, kept the panels and boxes looking very clean and aligned, and left no mess behind. They even painted the conduits to match the house. I asked them to add some screws into my chimney's spark arrester; which they did and even added some silicone so there was no leakage. Thank you guys. I highly recommend this company and team.

We have had such an excellent experience with our solar installation from SunMade Energy! From the in-depth pre-sales support from Matt to the outstanding installation crew that got all the work done in one long day and the great communication and support all along the way. Matt answered all our questions and helped us understand how solar fits into our financial plans and lifestyle. He guided us through the process of choosing the system that will work best for us and prepared us for the process of getting that installed. He also helped us understand our options for paying for the system and we felt confident in our choices. The team at Sun Made Energy was there for us throughout the process and when installation day came we were so impressed with the professionalism, hard work, and great attitude of their team. They did a great job, and treated us and our home with respect. Sunmade Energy is the best company I've ever dealt with! They were totally honest with me from the very start, and never promised anything they couldn't do. When they said they would do something, I knew it would be done, and done right the first time. From the very first phone contact to the time the system was up and running, it was great to work for them. If I ever had a question throughout the process, I knew all I had to do is pick up the phone and someone would answer my question. Matt, who is the person who created the proposal and sat with us to explain everything, was very honest and competent, which is a theme throughout all my contacts with this company. Sunmade completed the installation of the panels on my roof in about 4 hours, including setting up the switch to turn the system on (after PG&E got their end done). Amanda, who works in the office, was great to work with. When I wasn't able to get the information on my computer as to how much energy we were producing, I just called the office and she got it fixed and talked me through what to do to see this information. Jesse is also a very helpful and knowledgeable about the solar energy business. I can't say enough good things about this company! If you want the best, talk to Sunmade Energy!

This review is for SunMade Energy in Fresno. I recently contracted with SunMade for the purchase and installation of my new solar system. I am completely happy with the installed system. I had three other companies give me estimates for a system for my home. SunMade was the last provider that I contacted. They were not the least expensive, nor were they the most expensive. They did give me a bid for a system that has the greatest output potential of all who provided bids. They were less expensive than the other local SUNPOWER panel dealer in my area; that dealer was the most expensive of all who bid, and the system they offered was the smallest. I chose SunMade for a number of reasons. I like the SUNPOWER panels that they use. The presentation that I was given by their educator, Chris, was very straightforward, honest and easy to understand. I never felt that Chris was trying to do anything more than understand my needs, and simply tell me of what they could offer. I liked that they are very well reviewed by others who purchased systems from them. I like that they have an A+ rating from ComplaintsBoard.com, and that they are Diamond Certified. The presentation, follow-up communications with them, the reviews from others, and the ratings that they have earned gave me confidence that they would be a good company to work with. Our system was installed less than one month after we signed the contract with SunMade. The crew that installed the system was excellent. Installation was done in a professional and aesthetically pleasing manner. In less than two months after installation, P.G. & E. did their inspection and gave their permission to operate the system. SunMade handled everything; submitted system for permit approval and received permit, paperwork provided to and scheduling with P.G. & E, and all other tasks needed to complete the system. I am very happy that I chose SunMade. I highly recommend them.

The SunMade team (Oz, Matt, Amanda, and crew) is simply fantastic. Our family had been looking at purchasing solar for the last six months. After meeting with four local solar installers we knew that we wanted to purchase Sun Power panels. While the cost was going to be a bit more, we believed then, and still do, that these were the best panels on the market. We did our research and were very close to finalizing a deal with another local installer of Sun Power panels. However, once the contract was provided, a number of red flags were raised. The contract from the other installer contained information/warranties that differed from what we were told. After some back and forth, I reached out to SunMade. The following Monday I was contacted by a representative from SunMade. He put me in touch with Matt H. who is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. After speaking with Oz (who is also great) Matt presented me with a quote that matched the price I had received from the other local installer. Oz then provided me with a detailed site assessment and considered my input in coming up with the final design. Throughout the process Oz and Matt responded to all of my questions. Once the agreement was signed, Amanda R. at SunMade helped me with an issue that came up with the County. Amanda also responded to all of my e-mails and was easy to work with. Finally, on install day the crew was out at the house on time and started the project. The crew was polite and did a great job making sure everything went smoothly. After the project was complete, I noticed a few minor things that were damaged. I contacted Oz and was assured that the problem would be corrected. Sure enough Oz had the team out the next week repairing the few minor issues. Oz even went above and beyond by locating a replacement part for something that had been damaged and was no longer available for purchase locally. Once the system was up and running Oz, Matt and Amanda continued to answer the questions that I had. Overall I am extremely pleased with the decision to use SunMade. I recommend the team at SunMade if you are in the market for solar.
