I received a second shipment from Ryze which I did not authorize. My credit card was charged $66.00. I want Ryze to stop auto shipments of its product immediately. Here are the details from my invoice:

I was out of the country on 3/10/2025 on vacation and did not place an order on 03/10/2025.

Desired outcome: I want a confirmation from the company that they will not autoship further products.

Hi Karla, thank you so much for reaching out, and we’re so sorry for any misunderstanding with your order. We’ve gone ahead and canceled your subscription, so you won’t receive any more auto-shipments moving forward.

Our auto-ship is designed to make it easier for folks to stay stocked up without having to reorder each month. That said, we completely understand that this wasn’t your intention, and we never want anyone to feel caught off guard.

We do have a “Buy Once” option available for future purchases, which can be selected directly from our Shop page or through this link: https://www.ryzesuperfoods.com/pages/shop-all. That way, you can order only when you choose, without being part of a subscription.
