I spent over $1,300 on a gucci bag and was sent the wrong one. When I approached runway catalog they offered me store credit and sent me a return label. WHat they failed to disclose was that after 5 days the label would expire and their offer of store credit would be revoked. No explanation. No answer for days when I reached out. Just a complete scam. And they sent me the wrong bag! These guys make a fortune scamming hard working people and then make them feel like idiots for receiving the wrong item. Avoid them like the plague
