These guys are not to be trusted. They say they'll do one thing, but then they don't follow through.

I purchased some running boards from RunningBoardWarehouse back in April, and I've been trying to get them to honor their low price guarantee ever since. I found the same boards at a competitor for a lower price, and I've reached out to RunningBoardWarehouse at least 7 times now to try and get them to match the price. But so far, all I've gotten is the runaround.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend doing business with these guys. It's just not worth the hassle.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience with RunningBoardWarehouse. I felt like they were not taking my concerns seriously and were not willing to take any responsibility for the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy service.

This company ain't what they claim to be. They ain't the quickest shippers, but they sure are quick at makin' excuses. They got an excuse for everythin'. I ordered some runnin' boards for my truck, just like many others, but they straight up lied and didn't tell me they weren't in stock. Instead, they acted like they were and took my money right away. It's been over a week now and I still ain't got no trackin' order. I called 'em up and they told me it could be 20 days before I get my order. That's just pathetic. This company is a joke with their shark tactics. Don't even think about usin' 'em. They said my refund could take anywhere from 1 to 10 days, but they sure took my money out right away.

And when I asked for a refund, they said it could take up to 10 days to process. That's just ridiculous. They sure didn't waste any time takin' my money out, though.

I placed an order on RunningBoardWarehouse's website on July 28th, 2020. The website promised that the product would be shipped within 24 hours. However, I was disappointed to find out that my order never shipped. I tried to cancel the order on August 21st, 2020, but it was not an easy process. The customer service representative told me that the product was coming from the vendor, so they had to cancel it there. They also said that once they received confirmation from the vendor, they would cancel my order. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently.

Fast forward to August 31st, 2020, and I received an email from RunningBoardWarehouse with an updated shipping date of September 3rd. I was frustrated and confused. Why couldn't they just cancel my order already? I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and it was a hassle. I spoke with seven different people, and it was a completely crazy experience. I wish there was a zero-star option because that's what this experience deserves.

I gotta say, I bought these step bars from RunningBoardWarehouse about two years ago, back in January of 2019. I checked my records and their accounting department had it in their system too. I even paid for it with my trusty VISA card. But let me tell you, these step bars are giving me a headache. The rubber on them is turning into some kind of tar-like substance that gets all over my clothes and carpet. It hardens up and then starts peeling off. It's a real mess.

Now, I know these step bars were supposed to have a 5-year warranty, but I didn't even ask for new bars. All I wanted was some new rubber step pads and I'd replace them myself. But RunningBoardWarehouse didn't want to hear it. They didn't stand behind their products at all. So, let me tell you, don't even bother buying anything from this vendor. They won't have your back when things go wrong. Trust me, I learned the hard way.

I recently placed an order for running boards from RunningBoardWarehouse, but unfortunately, I cannot provide any feedback on the product itself. It turns out that FedEx lost the package, and since RunningBoardWarehouse only ships through FedEx, I had to request a refund.

When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was informed that it would take three days to make a claim for the lost package. After three days had passed, I reached out to RunningBoardWarehouse again, only to be told that it could take an additional two weeks (eight or more business days) before I receive my refund. I was promised a call back regarding the package, but unfortunately, no one ever called me back.

I am extremely frustrated with the customer service provided by RunningBoardWarehouse. I wish I had gone to a dealership instead and paid the extra cost to receive my product in a timely manner. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

This place is a real mess. I ordered some running boards on June 9th, 2020, and they said they would ship them out within 24/48 hours if they were in stock. But I didn't get a tracking number until the 16th, and even then, FedEx still hadn't received the package for shipping by the 22nd. I tried calling customer service, but it took me over 4 hours to get through. When I finally did, I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. But they said they couldn't do that and that I would have to wait for the boards to ship, then return them, and then wait another 2 weeks for a refund. What a hassle!

Finally, the boards arrived on the 25th, but I wouldn't let FedEx take them off the truck. Now I'm just waiting for my refund. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place at all costs. They really need to be more transparent about their shipping and refund policies. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration if they had just been upfront with me from the beginning.

Ordering from RunningBoardWarehouse was a breeze, no problems there. The item I purchased was shipped out quickly, which was great. However, the instructions that came with the product were not the best. I had to watch a video on installation to fully understand how to install it. Luckily, I was able to get one of the front brackets on without any issues.

But when it came time to install one of the rear brackets, I realized that I was missing the hardware for both rear brackets. I was disappointed to see that all the packages had a QC inspection sticker on them, yet the hardware was missing. It makes me wonder if whoever was counting the hardware was either drunk or just didn't care about their job. This is why American manufacturing has gone downhill over the years.

Now, I have to wait another week before I can even get the hardware I need to finish the installation. It's frustrating and inconvenient, to say the least. I don't understand how RunningBoardWarehouse has a 4.8 rating on Google reviews when I couldn't even figure out how to post a review on their page. Hmmmm.

Overall, I'm happy with the product itself, but the missing hardware and poor instructions were a letdown. I hope RunningBoardWarehouse can improve their quality control and instructions in the future.
