I purchased some running boards from RunningBoardWarehouse back in April, and I've been trying to get them to honor their low price guarantee ever since. I found the same boards at a competitor for a lower price, and I've reached out to RunningBoardWarehouse at least 7 times now to try and get them to match the price. But so far, all I've gotten is the runaround.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend doing business with these guys. It's just not worth the hassle.

This company is a joke with their shark tactics. Don't even think about usin' 'em. They said my refund could take anywhere from 1 to 10 days, but they sure took my money out right away.

But when it came time to install one of the rear brackets, I realized that I was missing the hardware for both rear brackets. I was disappointed to see that all the packages had a QC inspection sticker on them, yet the hardware was missing. It makes me wonder if whoever was counting the hardware was either drunk or just didn't care about their job. This is why American manufacturing has gone downhill over the years.
Now, I have to wait another week before I can even get the hardware I need to finish the installation. It's frustrating and inconvenient, to say the least. I don't understand how RunningBoardWarehouse has a 4.8 rating on Google reviews when I couldn't even figure out how to post a review on their page. Hmmmm.
Overall, I'm happy with the product itself, but the missing hardware and poor instructions were a letdown. I hope RunningBoardWarehouse can improve their quality control and instructions in the future.
