So, let me tell you about my experience with RunningBoardWarehouse. To start, I was a bit disappointed to find out that they don't actually have their own warehouse. Instead, they purchase their products from other vendors. This can lead to some issues with inventory, as they don't always know what their vendors have in stock. Unfortunately, this can result in them selling items that aren't actually available.

Now, I wouldn't mind this so much if their customer service was up to par. But, let me tell you, it's not. They are terrible at keeping you updated on your order. They have their stock clearly listed on the item description, and they'll ship within 24 hours. It's too bad Running Board Warehouse couldn't come through with the product. They advertise some cool stuff, but I guess anyone can post pictures and charge for something they don't have on hand.

I'm still trying to figure out why they have the company name Running Board Warehouse when they don't have anything ready to ship. It's misleading and frustrating. I recently purchased the Romik RB2 Black Running Boards for my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from RunningBoardWarehouse. He asked me to take pictures of the running boards and email them to him.

The next day, I called Mr. Sloan again, and he saw the pictures and agreed that the running boards did not fit my car. He said he would notify the manufacturer, Romik, because they had apparently made a mistake. About an hour later, I received a call from a guy from Romik, whom I had never dealt with before. He told me that if I installed the running boards, I would not be able to return them for a refund.

I was frustrated because I couldn't tell if the running boards fit my car without trying them on. I hung up and called Mr. Sloan again to ask him why the guy from Romik had called me. He said that the guy was not supposed to do that and that he would see what he could do. Later, I received an email from RunningBoardWarehouse with a return FedEx label so I could send the running boards back to Romik.

I was skeptical because Romik had told me that they would not issue a refund, but I decided to send the running boards back anyway. I was worried that the running boards would damage my car's moldings because the bolts and ends were on them. The quality of the running boards was also not good.
