RV & Auto Parts Warning: Do Not Order from RV & Auto Parts - No Delivery, No Response

Ordered 2 Norcold fridge fans from RV & Auto Parts. They took my money, but I never got my fans. I tried to get in touch with them by email and phone, but they never got back to me. It's been 2 whole months and still no response. Don't waste your time with these guys, go somewhere else.

RV & Auto Parts Disappointing Experience with RV & Auto Parts: Unavailable Items and Double the Price

So, I was looking for some RV parts and stumbled upon RV & Auto Parts website. I found some items that I needed, but unfortunately, they didn't have them in stock. I was a bit disappointed, but I thought I could wait for them to restock. However, three days later, I received an email from them saying that the items were still not in stock, but they could special order them for me for double the price. I was not happy with this at all. I mean, why would I pay double the price for something that I could get elsewhere for a lower price?

Dealing with RV & Auto Parts was not worth my time at all. I had to go through the hassle of getting PayPal involved to get my money back. It was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with RV & Auto Parts. They didn't have the items I needed in stock, and when they offered to special order them for me, it was for double the price. Dealing with them was a waste of my time, and I had to go through the hassle of getting my money back. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

RV & Auto Parts Unreliable and Unresponsive: My Experience with RV & Auto Parts

I ordered an item from RV & Auto Parts, but when it arrived, some parts were missing. They said they would send me the missing parts, but after a few emails and phone calls, they stopped responding altogether. I never received the missing parts, and they made sure to drag out the communication long enough so that it was past the return period. I wouldn't recommend trusting these people.

RV & Auto Parts Buyer Beware: RV & Auto Parts Fails to Deliver on Shipping and Refunds

Don't buy from RV & Auto Parts unless you're buying in person. They sent me the wrong thing and I had to send it back. I was supposed to get my shipping money back but I never did. They act all friendly when they're trying to sell you something, but once you buy it's all rules and regulations.

RV & Auto Parts Terrible Experience with RV & Auto Parts - Do Not Recommend!

I had a really bad experience with RV & Auto Parts. They accused me of doing something wrong and made me go through a lot of trouble to prove that I was who I said I was. Even after I did everything they asked, they still cancelled my order and now I have to wait for them to give me my money back. It's really frustrating because they tied up almost $1100 on my credit card and I won't be able to use that money for anything else until they refund it.

I don't recommend this company at all. They were really rude to me and didn't seem to care about my situation. It's like they thought I was trying to scam them or something. I'm really disappointed and I want to warn other people in the RV community to stay away from these guys. They're not professional at all and it's a waste of time dealing with them.

I'm so disgusted with this whole experience. I can't believe that a company would treat their customers like this. I hope that they change their ways and start treating people with more respect. Until then, I won't be doing business with them again and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid them too.

RV & Auto Parts Disappointing Experience with rvautoparts.com: Delayed Refund and Lack of Support

I recently made a purchase on rvautoparts.com for a Winegard PL-7000R DISH Playmaker White Portable Antenna with Wally HD Satellite Receiver Bundle. I was excited to use it at my place up north, but unfortunately, I ran into some issues with the setup due to the abundance of trees in the area. I reached out to their support team for assistance, but unfortunately, it was not successful.

I decided to return the product through Amazon, and the return was approved. I sent the item back, and it was received on May 1st. However, I am disappointed to say that I have yet to receive my refund. It has been quite some time, and I am starting to lose patience.

Overall, my experience with rvautoparts.com has not been the best. The lack of support and delay in refunding my money has left a sour taste in my mouth. I do not plan on purchasing from them again in the future.

RV & Auto Parts Disappointing Experience with RV & Auto Parts: Unreliable Stock and Order Fulfillment

So, I was browsing through the RV & Auto Parts website and I came across a battery box that I really needed. I was so happy to see that it was IN STOCK and I immediately placed my order. However, I was soon contacted by the company and they informed me that the item was actually NOT in their stock. I was disappointed, but I understood that these things happen sometimes.

But then, I was contacted again and told that the item was back ordered X 2. I was starting to get frustrated at this point, but I decided to be patient and wait for the item to come back in stock. Unfortunately, I was contacted yet again and told that the item was being cancelled due to their inability to 'acquire' the product.

I was really disappointed by this whole experience. It seemed like honoring the order/commitment was not important to them at all. I have read other reviews that mention similar experiences, so it seems like this is a pattern of behavior for the company.

Overall, I would say that if you are going to order from RV & Auto Parts, you should expect the worst and hope for the best. It's a shame that they can't seem to get their act together when it comes to fulfilling orders.

RV & Auto Parts Unsatisfactory Experience with RV & Auto Parts: No Returns or RMA, Costly Mistake

I bought a motorcycle seat from RV & Auto Parts, and I thought I had ordered the right one. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the wrong seat. I was disappointed to find out that this business doesn't have a return process or RMA. I had to pay for the shipping myself, and on top of that, there was a 10% restocking fee. Dealing with this business was a real pain in the neck, and it ended up costing me $43.15. I don't have anything to show for it except a lighter wallet and a headache. I would advise anyone to steer clear of these folks. Even if you think you're saving a few bucks, it could end up costing you more in the long run.

RV & Auto Parts Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays at RV & Auto Parts

I ordered a Class B cover from RV & Auto Parts on July 9th. They charged me right away, but I haven't received the product yet. I haven't heard anything from them either. I left a voicemail and sent an email, but no response. I know shipping is delayed these days, but their customer service is terrible. I decided to read some reviews to see if this site is a scam. Unfortunately, I found out that others have had poor experiences too. I hope my purchase arrives soon. Fingers crossed!

RV & Auto Parts Disappointing Experience with RV & Auto Parts: Unreliable and Unprofessional

I recently had an experience with RV & Auto Parts and I must say, it was not a pleasant one. I placed an order for an item and was given an estimated delivery time of around 6 days. However, I never received any email confirmation of shipping and after waiting for 8 days, I decided to give them a call. It was quite a challenge to get through to someone but when I finally did, I was informed that the item was on back order. What's worse is that they had already charged my PayPal account for the item.

As someone who has been an RVer for a long time, I have dealt with many RV parts suppliers and I have never encountered one that failed to notify me when a part was unavailable. It's quite disappointing to see that RV & Auto Parts did not bother to inform me of the back order and instead chose to charge me for an item they did not have in stock.

Overall, I would not recommend RV & Auto Parts to anyone. It's clear that they do not value their customers and are only interested in making a quick buck. If you're looking for a reliable RV parts supplier, I suggest you look elsewhere.
