The Sip, Tour and brunch we had on Day 7 was very disappointing. I was very excited to meet the executive chef, as the info states. But we spoke to zero kitchen people. Our tour guide was a dining room waiter. The food was average and the tour was bad! I am a culinary and hospitality instructor, and I as was looking forward to speaking with a chef. Not a single kitchen staff member came to talk with us. There was no one working in the kitchens, and the tour was very boring. Very disappointed ! Jeffrey Hill
