Royal Caribbean Cruises review: Incompetent: overcharged, unable to accommodate a family group of 15. No one knows what’s going on.

I am having significant issues and we have not traveled yet! booking a cruise for a family of 15 members seems to be an inability for Royal Caribbean to coordinate. I have been overcharged., have not received my refund for the overcharges within the last two weeks, there is no supervisor to assist and you cannot manage to book all 15 family members at one event seating or at any dinner seating there is no competent or apparent consumer representative supervisor available. No one answers no emails or answered. Everything just keeps on getting postponed.

Recommendation: Beware of large group bookings on Royal Caribbean. You might be happier going elsewhere. This is an atrocity.
