I went into the RBS today to ask for a bank transfer to my nominated bank account
the TSB, only to be told I could not get the transfer as I had already had 2, there was no security risk involved as I had my passport and all information needed, I had to answer a lot of questions as what I wanted the money transferred for, and they would
not accept the explanation with proof, they refused to do the bank transfer as they
said it did not make sense to transfer from them and wanted proof as to what I
needed it transferred for, it is only a savings account I am holding with very little interest on it as I withdrew from the fixed rate bond on the maturity date,

Can you please advice me.
