Rosemary Brown did not complete her lease and we therefore took possession back in November 2021. I am continually returning her RBS mail saying she is no longer her but it keeps coming. I do not want RosyJean limited linked to my business address: please advise. I have tried calling and had no luck either and also visited a branch but to date RBS can’t seem to resolve this issue!

Desired outcome: Dis associate this business from my address.
