IM COMPLAINING ABOUT FILING AND WORKER COMPENSATION INJURY CLAIMS AT EMPLOYERS @ ROSES 1855 SO> THIRD ST MEMPHIS, TN

I filed all information relating to incident from hired contractor walking backwards bumping into basket in front of me causing the basket with metal handle to hit me FORCEFULLY... I notified the manager Mr. Robert Coleman immediately as it called Mrs. Sonya to review the accident from camera and to file the report for me... I requested all documents relating to the information I signed and filled out which being four pages of the eight... now after information listed after visiting the e.r. upon security checks several times, etc the documents lost after getting ready for next doctor by employers request the next morning going back to roses to request another copy of pages I was refused by both lady mgr as well Mr. JABBAR... district mgr... not told of these circumstances prior to walking looking for document up to roses... I recorded the conversation of these facts because so many false allegations by various managers exist relating to many different things as I noted... I'm having many concerns especially since stubs have stopped being posted on p
