Refused to accept a return for 2 bedspreads and a mattress cover that were still packaged in their original zippered packaging. The reason given was because of the bed bug problem in Shelbyville. I told her it should be posted somewhere. She said it was. I told her I'd never seen anything posted. "Well, sometimes kids tear them off" was her only answer. Very upsetting and poor business practice.

Desired outcome: Accept the returns
