I have cancelled my account and am still being billed not only once but twice with two different amounts. I want a refund, will contact my bank and dispute all charges if I am not contacted and this issue resolved. The phone number listed is a joke and I want to be contacted ASAP at [protected].
If this isn't resolved in the next 48hrs. I will contact the appropriate authorities and commissions board and attorney generals office.

I cancelled my subscription with Roomster after a trial period ended but am still being billed not once but twice with a different amount, this is a terrible scam. I was not able to contact anyone during the trial period. I sent emails to Roomster but never heard back.
I want my full money refunded immediately, else I will take it further to the Complaint Board.

You may cancel your subscription at anytime, even right after you purchase to prevent any future billing.

You need to cancel your Roomster subscription at Play Store.

If you "Cancel Subscription" you will have full access to your mail box for the duration of your paid period, but it will not be renewed. When your paid time period is up, you will prompted to upgrade again.
