Wickey Costello Painting review: roof painting

Painted my roof, supposed to last 20 years, within a year rust is coming back, they will not honor what they said, won't even answer phone now. When I first called in april he said he would get back up to look at my roof, I have called twice since then, he said the same thing, its now september, still haven't come up here, now they don't answer phone.
