JJ Roofing review: roofing service for a leak repair

We called JJRoofing for a roof leak, without knowing the right spot, he bought things, he did some things and promising us, that leak has been fixed. Since we cannot see what is being done on the top of the roof, we believed, until the next heavy rain came. It started leaking again. He came but, again, without understanding the situation, he did some chalking here and there, convincing us that it has been fixed. He couldn't charge again, since it was his fault initially. We waited for another downpour and the problem came up again in 2 days! We tried to contact him, and his phone said dis-connected and not in service. We panicked and since for us, time was an essence, we had to call someone else to work on the same project that he worked on. We came to know, that he done didn't had to buy anything new, but just to re-install some new shingles, instead he bought a new vent, and did a lot of chalking which caused the roof to leak further.This shows his lack of knowledge and lack of insight to find the real issue. I am sorry to say, this has all happened in a month. I will not recommend him to anyone anymore. We didn't have a choice initially since we couldn't wait for the roof leak, but we wasted our money, had sleepless nights and lost peace since we didn't when next our roof will leak. Company cannot be relied on because there is no warranty on his service.
We have a bill from him for the work done initially (he charged us extra if it was with a bill)
