London Roofing Specialist review: Payments / customer service / everything

We rented an office in the Windsor Regus building for around 6 months. Our tenancy was coming to an end and we asked to not continue. We were then enrolled into another 12 month tenancy, that we did not want! When asking reception and ‘technical support’ we were told to raise a ticket. Every time this was done, we heard nothing back as to what to do. Nobody seems to know what to say or what we should do. We moved out of our office around 3 weeks ago. We then had the rent of £1100 taken out of our bank account. I would like someone to contact us ASAP on [protected]. We are not happy at all.
