Major revamp and renovations were done to my home in April/May 2025. Damp proofing the walls, waterproofing the roof, painting walls and replacement of guttering and downpipes.
Guttering was not installed properly and roof leaks.
I contacted the company via whatsapp, email and telephone calls. I am being ignored. No response from the owner and Site Operations Manager.
I have guarantees and warranties from Permatex which seem useless now. I have attached them at the bottom.
Country of complaint: South Africa
Claimed loss: I had to get the guttering fixed as it was hanging and getting bent. The heavy rains would have damaged it further.
Desired outcome: 1) I require the leaking roof to be repaired.2) Damages to the cupboards, it is warped so needs to replaced.
